This was by far the best hotel I’ve ever stayed at, the views were amazing, the pool was incredible, the room had recently been done so it was really modern. The staff were incredible, they were so helpful and so friendly I honestly couldn’t rate them higher. Would highly recommend

Can’t find any fault with the place

We have just spent one night in paradise at SAii Phi Phi island village and already looking at going back. An idyllic place, escaping the bustle of Phi Phi Don. We upgraded to a junior suite on the beach and it was perfect…jacuzzi bath and outdoor shower enhanced the experience for me. Every need is taken care of via the app, including a buggy service to get you about. We were only there a matter of hours and housekeeping were offering to clean our room, brought more fresh towels, water etc. We also upgraded to include dinner under the stars, on the beach. A very romantic evening with wonderful food. The selection and food at breakfast was also amazing. Can not fault this place! Can’t wait to return. The staff are there to cater to your every need, so warm and welcoming

Nothing we loved our stay

SAii really is an amazing relaxing place. We really enjoyed the location and the village is paradise. Me my husband and daughter aged 7 stayed here for 2 days and we will definitely be back again. We used the free bikes to get around the village and ventured into the local village at the back of the complex. We had such a fun time and spent our time hanging around the pools and exploring the island. We booked a day trip on a long tale boat with one of the local villagers and ventured around the island. The water on the way over was a tad bit choppy and we should actually wore our life jacket but we survived 🤣🙈 and still had the best day. The rooms were really nice and the beds were comfortable. During one of the evenings we went to the beach bar and husband had a sing with the band. The staff were so helpful and you could use the free golf buggy service to get around but to be honest once you find your bearings you can walk to most things. We ate at the hotel and the local village and we thought they were pretty reasonable. The breakfast was excellent buffet style with really good coffee. Look out for the happy hours at the pool bar we will definitely back again thank you 🙏

We loved everything

A very good hotel in an amazingly beautiful location on the ocean shore In a secluded place on the island. The only way to get to it is by sea in a texi boat. From the moment of arrival (which includes help with getting off the boat and carrying all the luggage to the room) the hotel staff does everything to make sure the stay is pleasant, at the reception they served us cold towels and a cold coconut drink, the room is well equipped and stunning inside and out, we took a room with a balcony facing the ocean. We celebrated universery and the staff left on the bed a beautiful greeting from towels in the shape of two swans and fresh leaves. The hotel has a private beach and a pool on the beach, additional facilities, an open dining room facing the ocean, in short, those looking for peace, this is the place. We recommend a stay longer than 3 days.

The only thing is that the gym could have been a bit better. For such a nice resort the gym was disappointing. It was also hot as hell in the gym even though the AC was on.

We loved everything about SAii Phi Phi Village! The property is beautiful and the location is absolutely stunning. The rooms are great and we really enjoyed the walk in closet in the room we booked. Having out own separate bungalow was awesome. The breakfast was great. The service was great. The staff was super friendly and helpful. One of the best things about staying here is that there is a little village - Phi Phi Village - behind the resort with about 6 restaurants, 3 bars, some shops, and a bunch of massage places. So you're not confined to the resort like some of the other isolated resports on Ko Phi Phi Don. It does require a boat to get there, so factor that into the cost, but once you're there, there is no need to go to the main town on the island. The resort and the village have everything you need!

Could be a bit cleaner, ie bottle lying around the property Provide more accommodation options for families, the resort only offers 4 bungalows that suit families (excluding the pool ones)

Incredible property, we stayed in a beachfront villa and it was incredible. Very sizeable. Outside shower which was perfect in the beautiful weather. Staff were friendly and accommodating. We loved our Saii experience and would highly recommend.

Bycicle should be in every room and not just for few hours, the hotel is very very big place and hard to walk from side to side by foot. The bycicle were very convinient, but we had to return them at some point...

The rooms are clean enough but if i want to be super picky i would comment on the cleanliness of the floor.

I think the food was quite expensive vs what else we experienced in Thailand. We went to the village behind the hotel every night which was much more reasonable The wifi didn't really work in our room It was VERY dark when walking around at night, which is a bit concerning when you've seen monitor lizards etc in the day. The hotel needs more lights on the walkways

Beautiful hotel right on the seafront, the rooms are also the best we experienced in Thailand. Two lovely pools and access to the sea and low and high tide. Would say this is the best hotel on phi phi islands. The village behind the hotel is also excellent, lots of great restaurants and bars

From arrival to leaving the hotel was amazing. We used the private transfers, even though it's a lot more expensive, the stress free element was priceless. Picked up from the previous hotel, car to the marina then speedboat directly to the hotel, they even arranged transport back to the next hotel we stayed in. The rooms were clean and spacious, right on the seafront. The food was really good, we ate mostly at Api restaurant. The staff were so attentive and friendly, they honestly couldn't do more for you. We did the full day excursion to the other islands and beaches which was just incredible. The app this hotel uses to view menus and things going on in the hotel, to speak to reception staff, to book anything, made our stay a lot easier. We will definitely be back.
