Room wasn’t particularly clean, we had to ask twice before they cleaned it (hairs on the floor, dirty bathroom etc). Bedding was quite stained and old, I think they just need to invest in some new sheets.

View from the room was amazing, room was good value. We saw reviews mentioning the many steps up to the property but that’s what you expect in return for a great high-up view, and the exercise is good!

To access the hotel you need to walk for 200 meters through stairs which is exhausting when you do it 4 times a day under hot weather ! We were young so it wasn't a problem for us. The reception maid us paid for two cups of coffee (80 bath/unit).

The view from the room was spectacular ! We could see the two bays of the island from our balcony. The restaurant of the hotel is a bit expensive but good. We recommend you to eat there during the day to enjoy the view.

The sheets had some stains and so did the beach towels. The receptionist told us that the stains didn’t wash since they come from sunscreen and makeup - I don’t know about that, but either way, it didn’t feel that clean to sleep in.

Very beautiful view - yes many stairs, but is impossible to get a view like this on this island without walking up many stairs. The room was nice, you get new water every day. Staff was very helpfully when my girlfriend needed to see a doctor.

Before arrival, we have received an email that the hotel staff will be waiting for us at the pier to help with the luggage. This made us very happy, because we had an extra large bag full of diving gear. However, no one was there, although I messaged them in advance the exact time of our arrival. We waited for 30 minutes, tried to call them 9 times, but no one picked up the phone. So we ended up carrying three large bags through the village and up the stairs in 40-degree heat. The room could have been cleaner - the toilet seat was dirty when we arrived.

The location was great, and taking the stairs was not as challenging as we expected. Comfortable bed, quiet area, far away from all the parties.

The safe in our room didn’t work even after getting it reset by the hotel staff.

The location was great however it was difficult to find when coming from the pier. Directions could be given by the hotel to head towards the viewpoint.

it was so hot, and we couldn’t leave A/C turned on when we left for swimming, because it was against their policy. so the first 15 mins was disaster. too many stairs to get to the hotel, but staff helped us with our bags. but again, after the night out it was very hard to go back to our room with so many stairs on the way

the view is totally amazing!and the staff was sooo nice. it was our honey moon so the woman put flowers and balloons on our bed, and made a special thing with our towels so it looks like an animal :) also, our tv didn’t work at the beginning, but we asked them to check, so they fixed that. the staff is totally amazing!

The water was not clean, it was bright yellow. When we complained we were offered an upgrade but this didn’t help the water situation. they agreed to provide us a full refund and we found another hotel
