We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

GermanyThe worst service I’ve ever seen. I had an accident and broke my leg (not drunken!) and I could not come back as the hotel is in the mountains and ferry on next day to hospital left very early. I was begging the hotel for weeks to send me back my clothes (of corse I wanted to pay for everything) I told them my clothes where emotionally important for me. It was a shirt of a friend who safed my life in ocean. And brand new expensive clothes. They never send it back to me. Even rare contact. Very very disappointing.

This place looks nothing like in pictures. It is rather disgusting. Everything was broken or with wholes. The manager fixed for me not working shower and locking sink when I arrived, but how could it not be reported or noticed before? He started as a nice person helping with my bag and these fixtures, but it just gone from bad to worse. I asked to change the room as the one was scruffy. There were wholes in walls and ceiling. Electric plugs didn't work, and there were wires coming out of it. One plug worked, but it charged my phone only 50% over the whole night period. The balcony door looked like Wolverine. Try to get in. It was all with wholes and eaten. And those mattresses, omg. It was super old spring mattresses and I think 20 years old because it was dented really badly. The manager didn't want to swam me room without paying him extra. On top of it, he charged me an extra 500 baht for the key, which was not mentioned anywhere in the advert. I had to call booking.com to help me get my money back for the rest of the booking and leave the place. But to be honest, I should have paid the full amount back as it was nothing as advertised, I was unfairly charged extra for key, and the manager became very rude and pretended he didn't speak English. I runnaed away from the place. NEVER BOOK THIS PLACE. Ostrzegam to jest speluna. Nigdy nie rezerwować tego miejsca. Śmierdzi tam. Brudno. Syfon I malaria. Szkoda słów.

GermanyThe owner wanted to charge 1000 Baht instead of 700Baht ( what booking guaranteed) for the room and even charged us to much for the ferry ticket to Koh Lanta… at the Pier it was 450 Baht he charged us 700 Baht. Moreover the AC wasn’t really working. Very sad
