MalaysiaThe room's floor is always sticky, and there is a lot of sands around. But We can understand that the hotel is so near to the beach, so no choice. And the water for shower is salty, we cannot get used with it. And there is a lot of mosquitoes
The hotel air-con is so cool. And the location is just at the centre of Phi Phi Island. Hotel breakfast is at angkor restaurant. Choices variety a lot. and delicious. And the hotel allow us to check in earlier, is this very kind.

United KingdomThe beds were very hard not the most comfortable few nights, the breakfast was very basic and didn’t enjoy at all. There could be more sun loungers but there isn’t much lounging space but was okay as we wasn’t there much.
The location was brilliant was just as you get off the harbour, lots of eateries around and on the beach front! The rooms were clean and the pool area was clean! Did the trick for us barely being there.

Good location, right hear harbour and beach. Staff friendly. Was a mix up with rooms on arrival but they moved us straight away.

IsraelThe salt water in the bath. The bed is hard and less comfortable. The dining room is located on the beach with a nice view, but lots of flies on all the food. They could have put fans or closed the dining room. It's really unpleasant to eat when you have to get rid of flies with every bite.

IsraelPool access - no stairs to access, to go down you need to jump, to go up, you need to climb. (If I knew that this is the case I wouldn't have ordered pull access rooms) Staff - you need to call and ask for cleaning service, you need to go to the reception to get beach towels (and to rtirn them).. feels like a bit of a lazy staff! Water - salty water to shower with Hooks - If I would rate the hotel the same as the numbers of hooks, the rate would be 1! Nowhere to hang anything, not even a hand towel Curtains - only dark curtains, would be great if had two layers of curtains. Humid - since it is very humid the floor is wet at the morning and at night (I don't really know if there's anything the hotel can do to prevent that) Bottom line - the location, the pools and the beach are great, its not worth paying this price but the others are either worse than that or pricey, hence the hotel knows you will be there no matter its score and they don't need to invest anything more than what they already doing
Location - 2 min walk from the harbor, located on the beach has exit from the pool area directly to the beach. Pools - two pools, one long pool- 1.3m depth, another one 1.7m depth pool with kids pool and (non working) jacuzzi Spacious room good breakfast - variety, vegetables and fruits, Thai food, an omelette station.

South AfricaThe rock hard beds, No vibe at main pool needs some music. Maintenance needs to be done to this hotel needs a good paint. Little things would make s huge change. The room pool is amazing but big pool very hot. The pool bar have no idea how to attract people or serve people.

AustraliaWell, we did go to reception at 1am to say we can't sleep in our bed as it was too hard. We have stayed in many hotels in Thailand, and I know a lot of people complain about the beds being too hard. Normally, I don't. However, these beds are very hard. They were helpful and put two bed toppers over the mattress. This made the beds a lot more comfortable. If you're Western, we like softer beds. Asians like hard beds. If you prefer soft beds, definitely ask for bed toppers. Our friends did the same. They have plenty of them. I can't complain about anything else as we enjoyed our stay and would stay again.
We stayed at quite a few hotels in Kho Phi Phi from cheap to expensive. The pool access is amazing and makes you feel like you're stepping into paradise. The water is clean and the staff are very helpful. The location is great, being just off the ferry. Kho phi phi can be very noisy. However, this hotel was well placed, being just off the noisy bars. Breakfast was also great. I highly recommend using Kao for long tale boat trips. Used him twice and he is located just infront on the hotel on the beach. Boat number 1. Humble nice guy that will look after you well. Rooms are very clean, modern and have good space. The ground floor rooms all open onto the pools. One side gets morning sun and the other afternoon sun. They are all great.
