I had a fantastic stay at this hotel in Koh Phangan! The location is ideal, offering easy access to nearby attractions. The owner is exceptionally kind and helpful, adding a personal touch to the experience. The room exceeded expectations, featuring a spacious tub and a lovely balcony. Highly recommend for a comfortable and enjoyable stay!

The only thing would be how dirty the pool looked some days didn’t really want to swim in it other days it looked clearer.

The stairs to my room were not always lit up at night and the railing was a bit sketchy.

The location is great and the staff amazing. There are nice restaurants very close by and the beach is right there.

Really nice big pool (2 m deep on one side). Location 2 min walk from the beach. 7-11 shop across the street. Friendly staff, offer affordable taxi services.

The bungalows were mostly made of wood, while it gave the rooms charm it also gave you your neighbours noise. The beds were incredibly soft, which may be a plus for some people but not for me.

The environment was very nice, lots of greenery, and the 7-eleven next door was very convenient.

They shpuld provide a traveler set as thechotel have ex. Shower cap , toothpaste or comb in the toilet.

I loved staying here. The pool view was fantastic, overlooking the entire bay. A good location for completing a program at Samma Karuna. and the staff were friendly - especially Pinky on reception who was very helpful and did her job well.

pool was beautiful, room was big and clean. Staff was very nice. I like the outdoor shower and the water refils in the room every day. The staff helped with luggage which was very important.

That comment appplies to the cheapest rooms: they are really noisy, with a difficult access. I asked for a calm room because I was exhausted by my journey and they didn't tell me that the room was that noisy ! The bathroom is outside, in the kitchen, very dirty and with no intimacy. The room is ok for a young traveller on a budget who doesn't care of the facilities and noise...

Unfortunately it was unclean and the pipes were blocked. They need to plunge them. Bath didn't have a working plug so it wasn't able to be used. Wasn't very clean on arrival. The aircon was filthy. The towels need replacing. Needs a renovation to be able to charge these prices. 3000 baht per night.

Great location and the massages provided were decent. Loved the kitchen in the bungalow. Staff were kind and friendly.

VERY DIRTY and Not safe! So much stains and sticky dirt everywhere, the toilet paper holder, trash can, toilet seat (it’s the opposite of sterilized) First I thought it’s permanent stains, but with a bit of soaped paper it would have been easily cleanded, but the amount of dirt seemed like the bathroom wasn’t cleaned in weeks. It was really disguisting. Lots of cracks in walls and windows, Lots of mosquitos and other bugs flying in! Few of the wall-sized windows don’t lock so anybody can open them and enter, the apartment I had was on the ground floor and to the back street, there is a sign next to those windows that the hotel is not liable for tefth, I guess it happened before? Lots of big holes in the bathroom, under the bath tub (soooo disguistingly dirty). It was like using a public bathroom that was just slightly wiped from visible rubbish. The toothbrush holder had old toothpaste and black dirt inside. The furniture in the apartment were very stained and partly broken. The towels were very stained (lipstick, black stains, foodleftovers, brown stains) and torn (falling apart) so I went to ask for a new one, and got 1 proper towel of a good quality. The small carpets for bathroom and entrance were dirty and I don’t think they get washed between uses. Dirty footprints on the floor when I arrived. No place to wash of sand from feet outside. Outside by the stairs was a plate of petfood completely covered in mold, nobody moved it during my stay. The safety box was locked and not functioning. 500bht deposit.

Nice staff and a discount on massage (that was just ok). Good location close to beaches. Kitchen, proper fridge, effective AC (but can’t adjust angle).

We really loved this place. Ensuite room was spacious and it was very clean. Staf was amazingly kind and professional.Many restaurants around and beach is just 2 min walk. They have very clean and quiet pool. Definetly we will stay again.

The friendliness of the staff, the lady on reception (sorry I forgot your name), really went out of her way to make sure my stay was a pleasant one. She helped me so much with info on where to eat/drink in Thong Sela, Haad Rin ferry times and even became a tour guide introducing me to the Full Moon Party, where trying to gain access was an adventure all in itself 😄. Definitely recommend for the friendliness and nice peaceful location 👍🏼

I like its magical cozy atmosphere. I felt at home from the doorstep. Very polite and friendly staff. There are a nice relaxation area with a swimming pool, a room for massages and other therapeutic practices. I was very impressed that the guys collect garbage separately, there is a cooler with water, they plan to completely abandon providing guests with water in plastic bottles and replace them with glass in the near future. There is also a magic zero waste store where you can replenish your container with homemade cosmetics and buy useful products. I wish all the best to this place with new owners!
