Sun loungers were covered in mould which was off putting. Pool quite small, we picked this hotel for the pool but ended up not using it much due to the size and sun loungers. We also booked a room that stated it had a balcony, on the photos it was an open balcony. Ours was a closed in balcony with no natural light in the room. I enquired about this but was told it was because of the cheaper room we booked at the back of the building. However I noticed when rooms were getting cleaned most had an open balcony at the back of the hotel. I would have accepted this if it was specified when booking the room, as this is important to me when booking a hotel. I may have considered staying elsewhere for the price and small pool.

Very clean and spacious room. Good value for money with a good breakfast included. Nice pool but small. Staff were very helpful and friendly. Also went to for a massage linked to the hotel which I would recommend.

The staff is very friendly, ready to help with booking excursions at prices below market rates, and they speak English. The breakfast is quite decent considering the room price. There’s an iguana and a cat living on the ground floor.

Cons: Honestly, I can't think of any significant downsides. Just remember that you get what you pay for, and this place offers a great stay for the price. Highly recommend!

Pros: Great Value for Money: The rates are very reasonable for the quality of the stay. Excellent Location: It's conveniently situated close to the famous Bangla Road, but far enough away to avoid the noise and crowds. Helpful Staff: The staff were friendly and accommodating, always ready to assist with any requests. Elevator Access: The elevator made it easy to transport our luggage and was great for those needing accessibility.

The shower was rather cramped.

The staff were so friendly and helpful. Nothing was too much trouble. My room was serviced daily. The hotel was peaceful and had a happy family atmosphere. The massage place attached to the hotel was great value and the staff were very capable. The swimming pool on the roof was wonderful after a hot, tiring day. On checkout day I was able to use a shower room before going to the airport, at no cost.The hotel arranged a taxi back to the airport. I had a terrific 20 night stay and I have no hesitation in recommending this hotel.

Unfortunately we got some very rude neighbours who would make a lot of noise from 5am in the morning playing music and having loud conversations in the hallway. Then coming home late at night and having loud conversations in the hall way again.

The staff were lovely! Always there to help whenever you needed it. Room was cleaned daily with new water given.

great location, lovely staff, good size room, with all facilities clean with nice relaxing colour scheme. Plenty of lights to read in bed. Nice to see pamphlets on the various tourist attractions. Opposite massage and beauty parlour which was lovely. Swimming pool was on rooftop and had great views. Having a 711 store a few metres away was handy too. TEasy to get tuk tuk or taxi to go shopping, food markets etc The reptile and cat were friendly too. I can recommend this place.

- Perhaps the only thing that wasn't great is the fact that the entrance of the hotel is located midway down a narrow street, which sometimes had rubbish from opposing shops along the way, emitting a foul odour. Note that this was restricted to the walk to the hotel only. The hotel itself and rooms were clean and smelt good.

- The hotel is extremely affordable. - The location of the hotel is perfect if you plan to head to Patong often. It's around a 12 minute walk to Patong beach. - The rooms are very clean - The staff are all friendly and accomodating - Bed was comfortable, as were the pillows
