It could have been me, but I couldn't find the AC in the gym or it wasn't working during my stay. I also had the maintenance workers on some days using my pool as a cut-through to do work on other pools. If you pay for a private pool you would hope for a little more privacy for the price.

Gorgeous resort at the top of a mountain! I booked this place for a secluded break away from everything and it was perfect for that. The rooms and grounds were exceptionally clean and the staff were friendly and helpful.

The location lends itself to a different Koh Samui experience. You need a car to get around and it's a bit of a drive to get to anywhere. Also, as it's on a mountain, Google Maps doesn't work (as we've noticed for other mountain destinations in Samui). Call the hotel first and get directions 'old school' style.

Roomy, comfortable, modern. 'Million dollar' view from the condo with a great patio. Nice restaurant and ample swimming pools. Also a nice gym which was very convenient to our room.

Amazing luxury apartment with little pool in room! Spectacular views over sea. Beach where the lovely gentlemen Frogi take you down safely was very chilled and beautiful coconutpalmtree beach. Staff did everything for you to enjoy your stay. Would recommend for a views and luxury what Koh Samui has to offer.

There was a leak in our apartment and the internal locks kept sticking and my son was locked in his toilet and then again in his bedroom. Also light above the bed was not working and when reported it still wasn’t fixed all week.

The location is up on the mountain and is not walkable. There is a very convenient shuttle provided going up and down pretty frequently, and tours do still pick you up from the hotel, but getting up and down at night, you need a car/ride share service

The private pool and massive room were the selling points! Absolutely incredible views at sunrise/sunset, really proving the "Panorama" name. The room had two bathrooms, and two TV's. The staff were extremely accommodating and very kind. The residence also has scooter rentals available which helped out a lot! The room is a lot bigger in person, very spacious.

I’m just unhappy at how I felt treated by staff they was very unhelpful. The location is very hard to get to and the free shuttle is not frequent enough. After 8pm the shuttle ends and most taxi won’t go up the mountain without huge charge. The electrics in our room where faulty and melted 3 of our iPhone chargers which we reported to reception and they did nothing to help or compensate us for this loss. One person who stayed burnt her hand plugging out the charger as it had began to melt. Also ment we had to leave for our ferry with dead phones. The rooms were generally clean but the floors was very dirty in the rooms and in the pool. Also our room had a strong smell of fresh paint. I wish my experience was better as the property was so lovely. But for the price we had paid the service received was not matched. Especially how much we paid in taxis up the mountain alone and the loss of all our chargers

Shuttle bus not running all the time, huge hill to get up and down and only runs at certain times thought out the day and won’t run before or after the times.

Because of it’s location up on the mountain, it is not within walking distance of anything. The roads, however, were very well maintained and not too steep in any area making it easy to traverse whether renting a car or scooter. The property does offer taxi services for a price.

Absolutely beautiful property! The 2 bedroom, 2.5 bath suite was immaculate and the views were beyond stunning. The restaurant had an excellent mix of Thai and western food that was also surprisingly good. The staff are all very accommodating, pleasant and helpful. Tram service is offered on the property and the room service was top quality. They also offered laundry service that was completed in the same day. I would definitely stay here again.

If you’re looking for relaxing, this is the place. Nightlife & even larger variety of restaurants are far off this location (even from the main road). Some parts of the property could have used bit of renovation, but in general the place was great **** - would not say luxury though.

Beautiful view, nice spacious apartments with private pools. Very relaxing atmosphere, outside the busy parts of Ko Samui. Very nice and helpful staff. Couldn’t have survived without the complimentary shuttle rides on and off from the property to the main road. Also complimentary (golf) cart rides within the resort were really nice considering the location on steep hills/mountain. Food at the restaurant was really tasty, breakfast prices (not incl to the fee) were too expensive for our preference.

The hotel is on a very high hill, it's very good for the view, it is amazing. but make sure to rent a 4x4 car for a safer trip up and down the hill.

Could do with a deep clean maybe. There was a screw sticking out of a cabinet in the bathroom which is fine but made me think if anyone came with there toddler they could get hurt. The finishing touches aren't great at all but it has so much more potential.

Food was amazing. The staff are brilliant especially froggy he was amazing, funny and a gent.

The doors in the room are very difficult to close tight and makes a lot of noise when closing them. The water from the shower head is too strong for young child to shower.

The sea view is beautiful, the staffs are very friendly, approachable and considerate. One day we came back late, the security was waiting for us at the entrance to send us back to our room by buggy. We really appreciated this kind action 😊

As some of the apartments / suites are let long term there isn’t a typical hotel vibe, sometimes you might be the only people in the bar (!) as families are living in the complex, but this didn’t spoil it for us. The road up to the hotel is very, very steep. if you are hiring are car, better to go for a slightly more powerful one than the 1.1 Toyota we hired, which barely made it up the hill unless we turned the air on off to give it more power…

Absolutely loved the views, the peace and quiet and the chic and stylish apartment. Restaurant cooked excellent food and was good value, which is important if you’re not with your own transport.

The Property in on top of a hill. So tour agency generally do not drop you to the hotel after the tour ends. They will drop you to the 7-11 meeting point and then you need to wait for the hotel shuttle to come and pick you.

the property itself was good. The room was very spacious and clean. The staffs were very friendly. Restaurant food was very good and the service was very prompt. They even made food for my 18months old baby as per the instruction.
