The humidity in the room. When we arrived it smelled so bad in the room. The surface of the floor was constantly a little wet which was quite annoying. It helped a little bit when the staff came with a machine to take it. Also the insulation of the rooms are bad. You can hear everything that happens outside. I don’t know why but this is a generel issue in Thailand. It should seriously be better to have a little bit more silence and privacy. One last thing! We hated the Indien people at the poolbar. They were so loud and drunk and had absolutely no respect for other guests. In a case like that they should be told to slow down a little bit. It would go as far as saying it would be okay to not serve them more drinks regarding there behavior.

The location was really great. Only a few meters away from bars, restaurants, Ao Nang Beach and if you want to take a boat trip also very close. Breakfast was amazing with everything you need. The pool area was also big with enough space.

Very few sunbeds available at the main pool. I would advise those without children to head to the rooftop pool in building 1 where there was a lot more sun lounges and relaxing beds, however no umbrellas or shaded areas.

We stayed at the hotel for one night. The hotel was kept very clean, especially around the pool areas. We enjoyed the choice of pools, the lower pool having a swim and water play area for young children is a great idea. Our room was clean and very comfortable. The buffet breakfast meets everyone’s palate with such a variety of food.

We felt that the room and other facilities provided by this hotel could have been cleaned better. This hotel has the facilities of a top hotel - therefore it needs to raise its own expectations of maintenance and cleanliness for its facilities!

The hotel pool was superb and we enjoyed spending a couple of hours relaxing near it! The breakfast at this hotel is amazing, full of different cuisines! The location is amazing, just a few minutes walk from everything in Ao Nang. The room was fairly comfortable

We were initially placed in a room with a very dirty pool. We wasted quite some time dealing with the management to clean the room, but the manager finally moved us to another room with a cleaner pool. We wished we didn't waste that much time because we only got to enjoy the room for 1 hour before the sunset. If we didn't have this experience, we would have rated this property higher.

The whirlpool in the room was exceptional and it was very relaxing to swim in and take in the views of the cliffs! The breakfast at this hotel is amazing, full of different cuisines! The location is amazing, just a few minutes walk from everything in Ao Nang.

It’s odd that you can’t specifically book a twin or a king room and it’s up to availability - this was disappointing at check in as we had requested a twin room months in advance but they only had a king for a 6 night stay. It’s strange you can’t pre-book the room type as they told us they don’t rearrange the beds within the rooms. Also, we were stayed on the sixth floor in building 4 and the noise was almost unbearable on Friday and Saturday night after the buffet dinner as staff cleaned up from about 8-11pm. Made sleeping very difficult for those two nights and you can hear almost everything in the hallway.

Excellent location in the centre of Ao Nang. So many restaurants and shops in the street by the hotel and also only a 5 min walk to the beach. Staff were always so friendly and helpful. Rooms were clean and comfortable and we really loved the pools, especially the swim up bar. Breakfast buffet was great also and had lots of variety. All up a great stay!

The bars closed at 7pm and 8pm. Nowhere to sit to enjoy a drink in the evening. Had to go out. Couldn’t understand the hotels philosophy here. Hapiy hour 5-7pm nowhere to sit!

Great position. Fab rooms large and comfortable. Good breakfast. Couldn’t fault this hotel. Quiet to sleep but so accessible to shopping ferries etc.

The facility is quite lovely. Well maintained and clean. The beds are comfortable and the rooms are spacious and well maintained.you can always find a spot at the pool and pool towels are always being replenished. The breakfast was fantastic with plenty of choices for every preference and palate. The hotel is in the heart of the main strip, close to the beach with plenty of incredible restaurants within walking distance.

Breakfast gets very crowded and the personnel struggles to keep up with refilling and table cleaning. It happened a few times that they asked us to sit at a table, without wiping the surface and replacing the table cloths from previous customers.

Overall, it was excellent. The room was spacious and clean and was serviced every day. It's centrally located, few minutes walking from everything. Communal areas were tidy and clean. Also the pool was quite nice.
