The mountain (+sea) view was definitely a great plus! In general, the hotel's location was super convenient, 1 minute away from the beach. Nearby, you could find everything you need - pharmacy, food store, laundry, restaurants. The staff was very kind and helpful. The room was clean. We are very satisfied and will be glad to come back in the future.

The room stank of mould and was dirty. I booked a deluxe double room and I was given a basic 3 bed room with dirty walls and the smell of mould was awful. When I complained they refused to give me a refund and I had to book and pay for another hotel.

Hotel made us late for our boat, we told them we needed a taxi and what time. We were there with plenty of time. Highly recommend not to use their service, and just go out and find a taxi

Everything wrong, just after our recognition this accommodation we left to another hotel nearby. I don't recommend it at all. Hotel looks like cheapest hostel, photos distort reality. Avoid it, there are many better options around this place.

The location is great and affordable! With a view to the mountains, nearby the beach, restaurants and tour companies. Still can be quiet to rest. The staff is amazing, always welcoming.

They have rats in the dropped ceiling of our room and we were separated from them only by a thin layer of drywall - something that rats don't have a problem biting through. Besides the obvious problem of not wanting to live one meter from them and thinking if/when they will get to the room, they woke us up at night because they were running, scratching, and squeaking. We left the hotel because of this. Besides the problem with rats, there are also a lot of ants in the room and the furniture is a bit dated but that on its own I think would be okay for the lower price.

Hotel is nothing like photos. Very dated and needs urgent refurbishment, facilities not functional such as safe. Shower and bathroom are very poor, to much noise from outside no double glazing. Bed is super hard like sleeping on floor. Would not recommend to anyone. Cannabis shop in the lobby !

I’ve took the room with mountain view. it’s really nice view. and have nice pool too.

The location is convince, center to the beach. But they don’t provide parking. So it’s a bit hard to looking for the parking. And need to pay separately to parking outside the hotel. The staff is very nice and helpful.

The location is nice, but no parking provide. It’s hard to looking for parking if u are drive. The best is comfortable, but the room were not really clean. as well as the bathrooms.

- the bathroom was very old and in terrible condition. The shower was awful. - the beds are uncomfortable - the room has a very old door to the terrace, locked with an old chain. I wouldn't recommend it at all

This is a normal 2-star hotel, it is not a resort as its name. It is certainly not a palace also. Our room in the 4th floor. There is no lift. We have to walk up the steps few times everyday, which is OK for us. The hotel room is OK to stay for 1 night.

The receptionists are very friendly and helpful. The hotel is very close to the beach, which is good for us. We can walk to the beach for less than 2 minutes.
