Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

Beautiful authentic place overlooking the river with lovely views of nature and surrounding hills. Cute individual bungalows with balconies, perfect for morning coffee or reading a book. Breakfast was good, choice of egg dishes made to order and fruit, toast, tea, coffee. 10 minute scooter ride into the centre of Pai.

United KingdomWitnessing a centipede for the first time - even then the staff still helped us look for it to make sure it was gone !
We loved our stay here and would return in a heartbeat. The staff were very kind and hardworking and helped us with candles and lamps when the whole of Pai had a power cut they even still made us breakfast and coffee in the morning! Nestled by the river about 10 mins on a bike from Pai centre which wasn’t bad at all was a scenic drive with many viewpoint cafes along the way! We even ended up extending our stay here

United KingdomWe loved Pai Love resort, the rooms were clean and presentable, a fridge, a/c and fresh towels were provided, every morning we got bottles of water and breakfast which was great. The location was perfect, a little out of the centre but if you can hire a bike then it’s perfect, right near 2 huts viewpoint. Definitely recommend!

United KingdomDecor was tired and out-dated, our sink tap in bathroom was broken and the, toilet and sink were loose and not fitted properly, TV didn't work, there wasn't a kettle in the room even though cups and coffee had been provided. .
Beds were comfortable, location was peaceful, needed scooters to explore the area. Staff were friendly.

United KingdomThe property was further out of the town HOWEVER the resort did provide free shuttles into town. And outside of the shuttle times it was very easy to access through hiring a scooter or using a local taxi. The location provided no issues for us
I cannot recommend this place enough, me and my friend stayed here for 3 nights and were so sad to leave. The cottage was perfect, it was clean and had everything that we needed. But for me my favourite thing about the property was the staff, across all of our travels we have never met a group of people so welcoming and kind. In particular, the driver (Arrow) is an amazing man, so interested in visitors and forever wanting to better his English. Big thanks also to Pontip, R and Cherdwut who showed us great kindness and took a genuine interest in our travels so far and in our plans for Pai. Upon our arrival in Pai the staff picked us up from where the bus had dropped us off, they had saved us some of their dinner incase we had not eaten and welcomed us so incredibly warmly with drinks and a campfire. After making them aware that we were vegetarian the staff made sure to call by a local shop to buy food in especially for us to eat at for breakfast, informing us that we could eat at whatever time was best for us. The hospitality shown to us was second to non and we will be forever grateful to the staff at the resort for all that they did for us and the care that they showed.
