Beautiful setting and genuinely lovely staff who constantly went out of their way to help. We loved everything about this hotel and would highly recommend it.

Not one for usually leaving reviews but the hospitality of the thai people has changed me !Great hotel and great location. Beach is a short walk away and there are lots of shops and places to eat within walking distance. Great rooftop swimming pool also! I think the staff are the star of the show, they were very welcoming and helpful throughout our time here. Big shout out to June who helped with arranging our excursions. Would happily return to Pacific and would highly recommended for others!

I can't think of one negative thing about my experience.

Everything was amazing, especially the staff. The hotel restaurant (Saneha) was as good or better than the rest of the restaurants we went to in the area. Mr. Chai, Joso, and Phyo took excellent care of us. The Eggs Benedict at breakfast was some of the best I ever tasted. Rooms were basic but very clean, with excellent A/C. The staff stocked our fridge with water bottles every day. The rooftop pool was amazing as well with ocean view. The hotel staff cheerfully accommodated our every request. They were all friendly, efficient and professional. The hotel overall was an exceptional value for what we paid. I highly recommended the Pacific Club Resort.

I would have preferred if there were some night markets or other attractions except the beach in the surroundings but the resort was mind blowing and definitely higher than my high expectations . I loved the resort.

I loved every single bit of the resort including the pool,restaurants,gym and many more! The staff were so kind and the food were so scrumptious and I gobbled down every bit of all of the food , and these are only a few things that were mind blowing but except the fact that it was a bit pricey , it was great.

Property is on the smaller side and have to walk up the small hill also the pool a little bit cold.

Helpful staff. Good value. Good breakfast. Great that it has a kitchenette with microwave. Laundry service was great value.

The jacuzzi was located in the corner of the garden restaurant. It looked amazing as a water feature in the garden setting but we were reluctant to use it in that location and would have preferred if it had been near the pool.

The staff were extremely friendly and helpful, they made us feel welcome and like a part of the 'family'. The suite looked lovely and had everything we needed including USB charging points, and the beds were so comfy! The meals were excellent; a good variety and beautifully presented. The pool was perfect, especially for night swims, and had great views of the mountains and Karon Beach. We loved that everything was close within the resort and that we didn't have to deal with queues and crowds. Overall a very relaxing and comfortable environment.

The lights and Aircon are left on by device staff. It’s not very green. Also we hang towel our tower in the cupboard to indicate we would like to use it for another day but the staff removed them fr the cupboard. When we came back we saw folded towels on the rack instead of hanging on the railing. We were not sure if the towels were new ones or our used ones.

The view from our room, We would prefer ocean view. A extra herbs in the sauna could added more essence to it.

We enjoyed the sauna, the wide options on breakfast and the pool. Unfortunately we couldn't try the massages this resort offer to the guests (15 minutes complementary).

The two things we liked a little less were: 1) the food was nice but not more. Breakfast however was great. 2) the facilities of the hotel (room and other areas) are little old and dark, which we liked less compared to other places

This is just a beautiful resort and an amazing value for price opportunity. The staff was friendly and wonderful, helpful and available. The pool is amazing and we had a blast there. Not expensive. .

Minor problem at the start when the staff showed me the wrong room; they hadn’t checked my name properly against my booking. The swimming pool is designed for sitting and drinking/eating. Would be better if wider so more than one person could swim up and down.

The fact we only stayed for one night.

Everything The Staff went above and beyond for us, Amazing people couldn't say enough about them. If your looking for a nice resort to switch off and chill then this is the place for you, the food was amazing, the facilities and room were exceptional. Anything you can think of this resort had. A special mention to the Staff member who got up and dropped us to the airport at 6.30am.

The journey from the airport, after our flights were delayed seemed to take forever. But we had a lovely welcome from the staff.

Everything at the hotel was excellent. The pool was a very good size, and not too cold, but very refreshing. The room was spacious, and clean. Breakfast had a lot of food to choose from at the buffet, with a chioce of eggs prepared by the chef to your order. The staff were fantastic, and could not do enough for you. We will miss them.

Sotimes connection error happens on TV, NETFLIX. I booked a shattle service to the airport at the hotel reception but the taxi delayed 30min. A hotel staff helped us to call and hasten to the taxi.Finally, we were able to catch my flight.

The staffs were very kind with smile. Breakfast was delicious.The room was clean. Nice hotel.

For some, being far away from stuff may be a negative, but for us, it’s a positive as we could reach our daily step count easily.

Rooftop pool is nice with great views. Staff is amazing, fantastic customer oriented skills. Chinese laundry is indeed very convenient at an unbeatable price. Breakfast buffet has a good variety of choices.

No halal food in the hotel and there was a cockroach by the pool.

I liked the rooftop pool and the big rooms with extra beds. Large balcony goes all around the room. Friendly staff. Location was five minutes away from main area and the beach.
