The staff are very friendly. The swimming area is very big with plenty of seating. A really nice breakfast. The beds really comfy. The room was very well decorated. Loved that the TV's had Google chromecast to stream from your phone. Location is very good, close to the beach and terminal 21. I liked the hotel more than Pattaya. So if you want somewhere to relax it's very good.

Restaurant - it took a very long time to get food even though it was empty. We had to wait 1 hour for chicken wings so in the end we canceled the order as our kids ended up eating our food. Also as iit was a long weekend they should calculate for breakfast food. We went for breakfast before 8 and already by that time some food was gone or it took forever to bring a new plate.

The hotel was amazing and our kids really enjoyed the facilities :) Everyone was very friendly and helpful and even the cleaning lady was able to speak English which was a very positive surprise :)

Everything about the property is awesome!!! What we didn’t like, is it seems that the hotel has contracts with tour companies that bring in hordes of Indian, Chinese and Middle Eastern tourists! We are not racist in any way, but what we don’t appreciate is how they act towards others! Indians have no patience and feel that everything around them whether on your table or not, is there’s and they have a right to it. As an example, at breakfast, they’ll stand in front of the juice bar and fill, drink and continue the process like the whole jar is there’s while others wait in line. At the coffee bar, they’ll move your coffee cup out of the way while it’s being filled because they have no patience and need it now. They’ll come to your table and take what they want while you’re eating. Swimming…in their underwear! Chinese just are loud and obnoxious and Middle Eastern vacationers we came across at the hotel didn’t have any respect for others, were loud and obnoxious and very bad hygiene as they would spit at each other in the pool!

The property, facilities, location, staff & buffet breakfast were awesome!!! We were actually very surprised and can honestly say that value for money is very good!

Everything! A really funky, cool and fun place to stay with the family — we wish we could have stayed for longer than 3 nights. The staff make a lot of effort and are always very helpful and supportive. The breakfast selection was fantastic and the beds are super comfortable. The location is great too — close to the beach, to Terminal 21 shopping centre, taxi ranks and general shops.
