There are no parasols for the beach sun loungers on the front row. Wardrobe and bathroom doors could be improved. Lighting to bathroom and bedroom is poor.

Breakfast was good with lots of choice. Hotel was clean and beds are comfy. The hotel was quiet at night but only a short walk to the centre of Chaweng. Value for money is good and nice hotel with nice beach location. Would recommend

There were quite a lot of mosquitoes in the room which made the stay uncomfortable. It would be more convenient if the hotel has its own spa/massage facility, although you can find external providers on the beach or in shops near the hotel.

Beach is clean and right in front of the property. Breakfast is adequate. It is good they have connecting rooms to cater to families.

The only two things I would moan about are the size of the balconies way too small to sit out on for two but there’s nothing that can be done about that. And the sun beds on beach where not comfortable which was annoying for us as we spent every day on the beach. This is an easy fix to make it perfect supply sunbed cushioned liners or new sunbeds.

Location fantastic located on the best part of chaweng beach absolutely amazing. All staff very friendly. A wonderful place to stay.

Great location, not in the very centre so a little bit more quieter but only 5 min walk to the centre. Rooms were clean, modern and spacious. Pool area great and direct access to beach . I stayed here twice on my travels so I would definitely recommend.. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Plenty of parking all in all a great hotel at a reasonable price .

The rooms are a little on the small side but still functional and not a real issue if you spend your day out and about.

Great location, on a nice stretch of Chaweng beach. Has a good selection of bars and restaurants near by. The rooms were nice, soft and comfortable beds, good showers, efficient aircon, tea and coffee. The breakfast had a good selection of western and Asian dishes. Staff were all friendly and helpful.

Breakfast space is a bit of a challenge, sometimes very crowded, restaurant is not very cool.

The staff where really good & work non stop . The breakfast a great choice of foods , The pool is clean & enjoyable to swim . The Room really clean ,As had end room had some Mosquito but some spray & had no problems .

The room could be better the air conditioning was old fashioned and had problems with the lights. The hotel offered me an upgrade to my room for about $200 for a pool view with balcony but most of the pool was blocked out by the roof of the restaurant and the balcony was so small you couldn’t sit out o it. It felt like a waste of my money

The hotel is managed in a very bureaucratic way, with staff quoting unreasonable "policies". Room keys were deactivated 30 minutes before checkout time and the cleaning lady wouldn't allow us to get in to collect our luggage.

Great location on a nice, clean beach. Very big swimming pool, rooms small but nice and well organized, good breakfast. Staff in the restaurant and around the pool were very nice; the lady at the tour desk was extremely helpful and friendly.

There's only one little thing I didn't like. The shower head isn't working the way it should.

The location is great. The hotel being right at the water makes it easy to walk up and down Chaweng beach. The hotel is very quiet but if you like to party you can easily walk there. A plus is also that there are no stones at the beach or in the water. It makes it ideal to swim and play without hurting one's feet. A great thing is also the amazing breakfast to start the day.
