This is such a fantastic place to stay! Great location, plenty of restaurants, food markets and a grocery store nearby. Easy to walk into old town. The rooms are perfect, comfortable and clean, great cooking facilities in the room. We stayed here for 6 weeks and would highly recommend.

There was nothing we did not like. It was a lovely place to stay.

It was a beautiful and private garden setting, a secure gate and we could come and go as we pleased. The room was very neat, tidy and spacious with a very good bathroom and kitchen area. It was quiet and exceeded our expectations. We would recommend this place.

Only a small complaint - need to clean more throughly between the bed and the wall.

Fantastic quiet location short walk to North Gate and the night market. Beautiful premises with lush garden. Room was huge and well equipped with everything you need for a short stay. Easy to cook and prepare food in the kitchen.

The pillows are too soft. I suggest that the owner can provide other harder pillows for guests to choose.

All the facilities there are well maintained. The owner of the house provides cooking utensils (say knife, spoon, fork), salt, and oli, which are convenient for guests to cook simple food, say boiled eggs, cook noodles, and vegetables. The entire room is large with the writing desk. There is a balcony outside the room where I can sit there to take a rest, and I can see the squirrel climbing up the trees. The double bed is clean and provides a good environment for sleeping. When outside is raining, the sound of raining seems absorbing by the special design of the roof. I can't hear any raining noise outside. That's so great !

The electric hob didn’t work properly making cooking a little difficult

Nice and spacious room and bathroom. Very good value for money. Comfortable bed which is huge. The gardens are really nice too and the location is pretty good, about 5 minute walk to the old city and temples with shops and atm nearby.

The apartment has everything you need, even a small kitchen and fridge. There is a private entrance and you are within walking distance of the city centre, though the apartment itself is very peaceful and down a quiet street. We would stay here again and can only recommend!

The door on the main gate was a little tricky for us to get in. It's important to pay attention when they show you how to enter through the main gate.

Loved that the apartment came with everything we needed. Loved all of the nature and the location is near affordable places to eat as well.

Quiet, peaceful environment 😌 close to lots and easy access to all important locations to visit 😀 Wonderful ❤️ staff. Everything was provided no need to ask for anything because they live there in the same arrangement.

This place is absolutely beautiful. So many details and well crafted handmade touches. Feels antique and modern at the same time. They provide everything you could possibly need for cooking, bathing, relaxing, etc. Very thoughtful and kind proprietors. I am here for the Songkran festival and it’s right off the Main Street but quiet at night. I like it so much I extended my stay. They even made sure there’s an outlet and a phone holder on both sides of the bed.

A lovely apartment in a wonderful courtyard, the location is excellent, we did everything on foot, the food market every evening is a minute's walk from the apartment, a quiet place in the heart of the city, birds and squirrels, it was wonderful
