Very cosy, old world vibe, and a complete treasure in the heart of busy Bangkok. Was not in the least bit bothered by the construction work outside. The staff were all 200% incredibly friendly and personable, and helpful in giving recommendations. Very lovely to meet Jason the owner and to be able to chat with him and learn about the history of the place.

ThailandWow. I’m hard pressed to think of anything I didn’t like.
The place feels like a home away from home. Each and every detail has been thought out in a most loving way. The location is fabulous and in walking distance (by my standards anyway) of many key sites. But here’s where Old Capital Bike Inn exceeds expectations by a million percent - the staff and owner are incredibly kind and present. Each tip they gave was exceptional including where to have a massage, where to eat, which attractions to visit and how to get there. And to top it off they take a bunch of guests on a most delightful bike tour several evenings per week. Don’t miss it! And don’t miss this hotel. I’ll let others write about the breakfast and special surprises. I hate to gush too much.

NetherlandsFor the time being the location is a bit problematic and there is huge work taking place for a new metro station. However, the hotel, and certainly our room, was sound proof and this is only an issue if you go outside. As highlighted by the name, the hotel is for fairly sporty people. The stairs up to our room was steep,a nd the room was split over two floors with an even steeper staircase.
Great hotel. It is beautiful and the staff are super friendly and helpful. There is a huge choice in breakfasts and they are all excellent (certainly the ones that I tried). The evening guided bicycle tour was also very nice - recommended

United States of AmericaThe only downside was our room had a curtain separating the bathroom from the room so it can be kind of awkward if you’re shy about that kind of thing ! But overall that didn’t detract from what an amazing stay it was.
Jason and his staff were exceptionally kind and accommodating, the room was beautiful and the hotel is definitely one of a kind. The free bike tour was amazing and a must do. The breakfast was also always so delicious and beautiful.

JapanThe room is a bit dark, but I guess that's normal because of the orientation of the windows. The design of the bathroom should be revised though. The sink is way too tall and as a result the mirror is so far that it's difficult to see anything clearly. It would also be nice to be able to leave the toilet fan on without having to leave the light as well.
Lovely place in the heart of Old Town Bangkok. Everything was walking distance and the staff was very eager in giving advice for best places to visit or to find the best way to get there. Breakfast was lovely and with a wide choice. We could also pack our breakfast the day that our one day trip started too early.

BulgariaReally can't complain about anything. There is some construction going on opposite the property but they do openly warn about it when you book. It wasn't an issue during my stay.
The staff was very friendly and helpful, the place was comfortable and had a nice atmosphere. The breakfast included was also fresh and tasty. Definiteltely a good option to stay in a very convenient location.
