Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

A fantastic airport hotel! Super friendly and helpful staff, seamless transfer from the terminal (they have their own small desk at exit gate 4) and very comfortable room. The 24 hour check-in/check-out policy is genius. More airport hotels should offer this.

United KingdomCheck in on arrival was terrible. Only two people working and a long line waited for in excess of 40 mins. You need to look at the number of staff and the actual length of time for each check in seemed excessive to me and I travel a great deal with work.

AustraliaThe pillows let down the whole experience which was otherwise very good - if you are going to put thick, hard pillows on the bed at least provide an equal number of soft pillows. Perhaps this was related to you allowing a family of 4 to book a room with 2 beds on Booking.com. Also, if you are going to have some light switches with physical light switches, make it all the light switches / make them all the same, not 7 out of 9 switches - this would avoid having to call reception to turn off some of the lights to find the 'touch panel' light switches.
Overall it was a good hotel, and the pool is very nice

Location is the only reason I choose to stay here even though this hotel is old and need to have major renovations. It is so convenient for the early flight, I usually walk to departure floor and it was a peace of mine to do so. Room has comfortable bed and good size, bathroom is clean with both bathtub and shower area. It is okay for me just for the location and I will stay here again for this reason.
