I am trying to give a not-that-negative rating because it looks like the place has new owners. The temperature of the room was not good! They don't have air conditioning system only fans. We had only 1 bathroom for 9 beds, it was not easy to have access to the bathroom and the whole time it was full of water (even the toilet) because it was busy. They don't provide lockers. They do have some boxes with lockers but they don't have the keys! I have to say that they tried to find keys in order to support me but they didn't find any. The next time I will try to avoid it except if I see improvements!

The place is close to the pier. It looks like a place full of activities, since they have a Cafe, Brunch, Playroom etc. You can also rent a moto from there.

The air-conditioning wasn't great and the room was quite hot during the day. would have preferred to have curtains around the bed in the dorm room.

The rooms, bedsheets, and bathroom were not clean, and the bedding needs replacement. The staff, both at reception and in the restaurant, do not speak English. There was a miscommunication about the check-in time, resulting in a 90-minute delay. To improve, Centerpoint could hire English-fluent staff or provide training on how to use translation apps. Offering compensation, such as a coffee or water in the nearby restaurant, when mistakes occur, like the delayed check-in. In general to offer better communication. And, aligning Instagram announcements with the staff and guests. I also missed having that free coffee :/

I stayed at Centerpoint for 4 nights because I was drawn to the project's idea and vision, believing it has great potential. The courtyard features a projector for movies, music, and various rooms for activities like massage, yoga, and dance, which I discovered through Instagram. I appreciated the supportive communication I had through Booking.com chat, I asume with someone from the team. The staff at Centerpoint are sweet, and they try their best to make things good.

I really liked the place, staff and the location. Only the flush from the toilet didn't work, but I'm sure that was an easy fix after my check-out. Quite pricey tho for Thailand...

It felt so informal, none of the staff were helpful, no signs for toilets, no one knew were to check in. Just felt odd. Toilets were really dirty and unpleasant.

5 minutes walk to the property from the pier. Manager was friendly and efficient and booked me in straight away. Even offered to carry my rucksack to the dormitory and showed me around. The air-con was good and the bed comfortable and I slept well for the night I stayed there. Wi-Fi was strong and there was a balcony where you could sit outside and enjoy a cold beer. Locker provided, small day pack size. Towel also.

We arrived late with the ferry and looked for a place close by. This was perfect. Was 10min walk, spacious rooms, clean, quiet, good airconditioner, lots of cupboards to put things. The place looks like it is undergoing renovation, the room looked good, mattrass good. No noises in the evening and no smells as i read in other comments.

Extremely dirty, not for people with allergies or bad after covid lungs, forgot something and staff does not reply, probably stolen and who cares on that now pretty disgusting island. KPG was nice years ago, now it’s just overpriced and packed with alcoholics, weed smoking people, greed and disrespect. But there are places for everyone. Enjoy!

For the price, it was horrible. Other places for less money has 4 people sharing one room with way nicer beds. This room had 10 people to a room on the cheapest bunk beds known to man. I had a top bunk that felt as though I was sleeping on a plank 6 feet in the air. There is no common room that is indoors (with A/C), just a bunch of tables scattered around the outdoor halls.

Staff is not the nicest. I wouldn't recommend going there as a female solo traveler, I didn't feel very welcomed or comfortable staying there.

Location near the pier is convenient. The restaurant cook was lovely.

At first a red flag: On Maps it has a suspicious large amount of similar good reviews without any criticism. I even saw a review with a stock picture rating the restaurant haha. Check in was weird no introduction to the place at all. Not exactly welcoming and never saw any staff again. Bathroom/shower not clean. No curtains around the dormbeds. Bathroom was filthy and gets flooded if you shower. Loud bassy music in the inner courtyard until midnight. Thin walls/windows so you hear music, road or people chattering. No useable lockers. Rooms itself also have no locks, everything is open. Ants in the room. No free water and also no outside food or drinks allowed at the whole property!? Only good if you arive late or leave early and don't want to hassle with taxis or scooter rental to get to another place

Good thing here is the location and some facilities like TV or ping pong table. It's walkable 5-10min from the ferry and with bars and nightmarket around the corner. AC is working fine.
