A bit hilly ..but just get accomodation down the bottom.. they also provide transportation around the resort.. so it wasn’t a problem..

Great location.. friendly staff.. we stayed in a garden bungalow which was great.. it is a bit hilly so we decided to stay near the beach all level ground..although if you don’t mind a few stairs, the hillside accommodation would be great as well. Heaps of choice at breakfast and a decent restaurant as well.. comparable prices with the town..really loved our stay👍

As a solo traveller, whilst the staff were nice, I dont think they knew how to interact with me. Went taking with couples and families, they were very engaged but not with me. I ordered room service a few times, the meals were very average

The Beachside Bungalow was beautiful and large. Massive bath, stunning views of the beach. Very clean and all furnishings very comfortable. Wifi was great, able to stream no issues.

I liked everything about my stay. A convenience store or vending machines for snacks is something I would recommend the property considers for travelers who don’t have their own transport to get around the area.

Everything about Moracea was top notch. The staff were very professional and friendly. Facilities superb and staff worked continuously to ensure everything inside and in the grounds was pristine. Breakfast was a true feast, catering to all tastes. Rooms were serviced everyday, with lovely touches from the staff eg creative towel folding, messages in flowers. As a guest I felt thoroughly spoilt.

Nothing really - just important you know that it is on a hill so you can call the reception for a buggy if you can’t make the hill.

We took the advice of a reviewer and spent a little extra to get a beach front bungalow and boy was it worth it!!! The view was amazing and the room beautiful. Breakfast was fantastic.

The restaurant for evening dinner and lunch is so disappointing, why can’t big resorts have better service and better options, don’t enjoy the obligatory 10% service charge! Please buy soft quality pillows🤔

Loved the beach front villa, great patio and views. The facilities and many pools and surrounding gardens are immaculate. Breakfast was well presented with numerous options.

I genuinely don't have any valid complaints about this resort. We were there in May when the wet bars and outer service areas were shutting down for the wet season, but it had no real impact on our stay, other than walking a little further to the cocktail bar that was open!

Moracea was an absolute delight. Our private pool villa gave us a scenic view down to the beach while still being private. The furnishings and style of the villa was so relaxing and comfortable, and the double door bathroom was excellent with a huge round bath, large shower and the toilet behind it's own closed door for privacy. Breakfast every day was it's own activity in the vibrant restaurant with beach views and attentive, helpful staff. The food was varied for any diet, with a vast array of fruits, pastries, and cooked to order hot food among other delights. You can walk for an hour along the beach if you choose to go that far. Overall, my family thoroughly enjoyed our week long stay and highly recommend Moracea.

You cannot swim in the beach. (We visited during rainy season, very hight waved and dangerous undercurrents) But the all the hotel pools are fabulous

We stayed in a villa with a private pool, it was worth every penny! Fantastic air con! The fridge was big enough for plenty of water, the room was spotless and the staff are absolutely lovely! The pool was very clean and looked very new. The cocktails were lovely and the food fantastic, we eat breakfast every day and there was plenty of choice. Breakfast they will make you any kind of omelette and the bacon is delicious! The beach by the hotel is stunning! We also rented mopeds from the hotel and they were very accommodating and helpful! No issues at all. Pretty close to shops and markets. Villa had a nice hint of Thai decor and honnestly enjoyed every moment here! We stayed a week and if we go to Khao Lak again we would definitely stay here again. We needed a relaxing week in a beautiful hotel and this was absolutely the right choice!

It was too warm for us in the Grand Deluxe.

We had an upgrade from Grand Deluxe double room to Zeavola bungalow. It was well worth it. The Zeavola bungalow had much better air conditioning. It was too warm for us in the Grand Deluxe. Staff very friendly.
