ALL was well, except for the fact that I had to request my (tile) floor to be swept as it was very dusty (!?). Very strange indeed, as everything else was fine ...and it's such a basic expectation (for the floor to be clean).

The main feature of this hotel is the large swimming pool and for this alone it is worth the price. The rooms are fairly basic but very clean.

The bar staff should have better training, several times we saw them prepare a cocktail where the alcohol didn't reach the measure on a single shot.

A good hotel in a quiet area just 10 minutes from the beach and less to the nightlife. The swimming pool area is great except the concrete around it.

We’ve booked 3 twin rooms and 1 family suite. The rooms are a bit run down and not function properly for some room (key card doesn’t work, water dripping from air conditioning) but they’ve fixed it in due time. Hotel location is a bit difficult to find (not on Main Street).

Staffs are very helpful and friendly. Swimming pool and play room are great for kids. Love the family suite where bunk bed is available with spacious space for family. Breakfast option is decent and they open from 6:00 to 11:00 am.

The gym was a little disappointing

Great location just a short walk from the beach & there was this nearby mall with a great place to just chill … also Ripleys Believe It or Not was just a stone throws away! The pool was just amazing, super fun with slides and a diving platform !!!

Hotel in a great location 5-10 minutes walk to Tree Town and bars down Soi Buakhao. Very quiet area with a nice coffee/bar across from hotel

The property is quite old and the lifts in particular are too small and travel very slowly creating bottle necks when busy

If you are European dont get the breakfast package as it is mainly for Indians. No bacon, sausage etc for English and no cheese or ham etc for continental breakfast. We and others bought ham and cheese from local supermarket as we got fed up of eggs and salad.

The bed was very comfortable but no drawers for clothes. Plenty of sun beds with a good suze pool.

the location was fantastic … a stones throw away from avenue mall … and a short walk from the beach . We had booked the family suite and it was clean , airy , and it’s always good to see a room that matches the pictures!! Also the swimming pool was phenomenal . we were there 6 days and it was amazing!!!

I stayed in 3 separate rooms as I had to extend my stay as mentioned above, I would have preferred to stay in the same room. One minor issue, each of the showers had faulty taps where either the overhead shower worked or the hand held one worked, but not both.

Selection was good and in the main was enjoyable, Unfortunately I contracted food poisoning on the morning before I was due to fly home - I collapsed in the early afternoon and spent 3 days in ICU at Pattaya Memorial Hospital. This did not stop me from extending my stay at the Heeton until February 7

Rooms are very small given the price, bathrooms are very compact. Gym is not a gym, treadmill, static bike, elliptical trainer loose dumbbells up to 10kg .2 coach loads of Indian gents arrived 3 days in, they took over everything, sunbeds pool, restaurant, noisy and boisterous while also ignorant.

Great pool for kids but you struggle to get a sunbed in the morning. Pool is in shade later in the day which is great for a relaxing swim

The gym was small and poorly equipped.

I'm a retired 5* London hotel manager and I loved this place. Great value, the pool is amazing and the staff were wonderful. Special thanks to Lalana and Phet on front desk, and Air in F&B for your professional, helpful polite and engaging service. I'll be back.

Wardrobe area was broken for some reason and i wish they had fixed it before giving the room to me

Hotel was at a very good location and had all the required facilities. Swimming pool area was very nice and well maintained. It is just 7-8 mins walk away from pattaya beach which is the main hub.
