Nothing it was all a good level, the island of phi phi isn’t what it was made out to be, too loud very touristy. Even the other side of the bay at this hotel.

This hotel was very nice we wish we stayed longer then travelling to next island.

Breakfast was amazing, loads of really nice options. Really friendly staff, the night porter was lovely. He'd follow us up to our room with a torch, so we got there safely. Really nice clean rooms, very good location.

Block A advertised on booking .com had a partial sea view as blocked by reception Happy hour quite late in day when most people have left beach as it’s getting dark!

The restaurant food at lunch wasn’t too nice and everything was quite expensive. The food next door was nicer and cheaper

The rooms were spacious and comfortable with a nice balcony. The jacuzzi was a perfect addition especially when the tide went out and you couldn’t go in the sea, and the sunbeds were comfortable. The breakfast was lovely with a great selection and also hot food cooked to order. The lady on receptionist was so so friendly and made us feel so welcome, she even remembered it was my partners birthday. On the whole it was a very good stay

No Intercom, had to get down every time something was required in the room. We were given torn towels, the complimentary water bottles had dirt in them which was pretty disappointing.

I’ve been really impressed with the property and the exceptional staff. The room was spacious, clean and the bed the comfiest I’ve slept in all throughout my travels across Thailand. The property is at the quiet end of Ton Sai Bay with a lovely beachfront access.

Located at the quiet end of the isle with a beautiful sandy beach. Excellent customer service very clean rooms and a beautiful sea view. Breakfast was excellent with far too much choice and perfect coffee.

Had some issues with the hot water but seems not to be a regular problem.

Location was good for one night. Close to all the restaurants and bars. The beach was nice but the tide is out most of the afternoon and so it’s quite shallow. Also the tons of boats around. The staff are great and the owner seemed nice.

I think the only thing is I would have liked to know beforehand they will charge 2.5% for any card payment. Other places charge 3%, so it’s not that it is unreasonable, but if I had known we would have taken cash to pay for our remaining balance when checking in the first day.

It was wonderful. Not luxurious, but very clean and comfortable. The location was unbeatable, quiet, serene and not too far from the action. We would stay there again.

The rooms on the ground floor was more beautiful and spacious !

Right on the beach ! Very good people ! Breakfast was so so good as u done Bang on the beach ! They had 2 massagers right on the beach ! Jacuzzi was so relaxing and kayak was for free ! Special mention to SIRI at the reception! She was very helpful ! I will come there again for sure !

If I have to nitpick, using the shower means the bathroom floor will be wet, but that's honestly a ver minor issue.

The hotel is beautiful and cosy, located right in front of the beach. The room we got was big and the bed very comfy. All the staff (from the owner to the security guy) are extremely nice and welcoming. The location is just perfect, at walking distance from the center (no need of taxi boats), but far enough from the noise. The room and all the premises including the beach are very clean and well maintained. The breakfast is just amazing and they have a nice bar/restaurant on the beach.
