We booked the premier pool Villa and the villas were close from one another. We can hear people staying next door talking and the sound of the waterfall next door.

The location is excellent. Staff are friendly and helpful.

Shame about the mosquitoes. Putting citronella plants around the accomodation can help with that.

It felt like absolute luxury. Loved having my own pool and an open loving dining kitchen area.

It was absolutely gorgeous property. The rooms you could not fault them. Staff were all amazing and so helpful when required. Our room was so quiet and private. Breakfast was great. Room cleaned every day. Comfy bed. Provided with drink and snacks in the fridge free of charge. Could not fault this hotel at all. The location was ideal as well. Down the bottom of a side street meaning there was no noise and felt private. Great security to get into the property too meaning we felt so safe. Was in awe at how lucky we were to stay there, especially for the price.

The late checkout and after checkout shower facility is a nice touch. For resort of this level it is however expected and more can be done to enhance the shower area, especially related to air conditioning. Mosquitoes are part of the deal but staff managed the issue to the best of their abilities in public areas as well as the villas which is commendable.

Exceptional staff that included reception, dining, housekeeping, gardeners ... everyone super kind and nice to catch-up with on our daily meanders. Breakfast was superb in an intimate setting with great staff and selection of dishes. The set menu has a variety of choices to cater for all and curbed waste often found with buffets. That said, the buffet selection was good and particularly enjoyed the Kuvings juicer. The traditional Thai breakfast deserts were amazing. Room was exceptional and the private pool and outdoor area distinguishes Malisa Villa Suites. Very few options in Kata that allows for these amenities so close to town and beach, as the resort is situated in an areas mostly reserved for tightly packed hotels. The grounds are spacious, beautifully maintained and a serene escape from the hustle and bustle of Kata town right on the doorstep. This offers best of both worlds as Kata towns's main attractions and beach are all within walking distance.

Construction on the street between the road and the hotel. We also got the room right next to the restaurant so didn’t feel as private or secluded as it could have been

There were some minor issues (like thr fridge was leaking), but the staff was quick and helpful to solve them.

The room is one of the nicest I have ever been. Primate swimming pool and huge bathroom with bath tub and shower.

Doors to the room don’t seal properly therefore many mosquitoes in the room.

Breakfast was average, not many choices and whatever we ordered usually came out wrong.

We didn't realise when we booked that there wasn't a communal pool for all hotel guests - it would have been nice to bump into a few other guests.

The staff were excellent, very helpful. The room was gorgeous - we loved the plunge pool.

Pool was cold, they had maintenance in the villa next to us and we could see the construction workers (they stopped when we asked them)

I stayed in superior pool villa, room is renovated, it was big and clean. Breakfast was good and they had a variety. Staff were helpful (special thanks to Daniel and Mike and restaurant staff)

Like many hotels at Kata it is a big walk to beach. They don’t have a resort pool or pool bar area.

Very modern clean and upmarket Suites. Private Pools were very large and not overlooked.

The whole experence was very good but the breakfast was too simple when you compare it with the whole level of the hotel.

The room was excellent and the pool very nice. The surounding gardens where very beautifull but Kata Beach is very crowded and full.

only can order 1 main course for breakfast. It is 500$ per night price, should provide more. too much Mosquito. the management team should pay more attention to this part.

The location is perfect—lots of restaurants and spas within a 10-minute walk.

The property is located to every amenity possible one could want in Phuket the grounds it self is stunning on arrival you will be greeted with waterfalls and a beautiful setting the gardens plants and ponds with fish are all kept immaculate condition. Food was outstanding but the stay was so friendly and very welcoming I would highly rate this property for everyone thank you to you all for making our stay memorable. 5⭐️ will be visiting again

Everything was amazing. Location to Kata beach and the main street, easy access to taxis, tuktuks and buses. The staff were approachable and so friendly. The villas were unbelievable.
