There was nothing to dislike at La Casita.

This is the second time I have stayed in this Apartment at La Casita and everything you need is in the Apartment, very clean and comfortable with a lovely view from the Balcony. It also has one of the best swimming pools that I have visited in Thailand and also close to Market Village and Blue port shopping Malls. 5 minute walk to the beach.

There is no bathroom mat and door mat. But this is acceptable compared to the room rate. The housemate forgot to fill up the soap only shampoo they had.

Room on a high floor can see the ocean from afar. the property is quite and private not too crowded. Pool and fitness are clean. They have Tobin machine and 7-11 machine in the building too.

Fine on everything and there is notice board also not for backpackers travellers.

Property is very beautiful right from the asthetic reception, to beautiful garden and a huge huge swimming pool. The rooms are very well organised and has all the amenities like kitchen, microwave, refrigerator, washing machine, iron everything at a very affordable cost.

met more than i epected. all brand new, even soap and shampoo, washing liquied which is a bonus and toilet paper. unlike another unit i stayed in last year. horrendous. not one peice of soapin that one on arrival. very caring landlord and was available for anything asked of him.

The room was very clean and equipped with every thing you needed for your stay, I will book the same room again for next year. The staff at La Casita were very friendly and it had a wonderful swimming pool wit grounds.

We were lucky that the pool wasn’t very busy as there are many 20 sun beds in a complex with 400+ rooms. Also due to the size of the property the pool is completely covered by shade at 4pm.

Great Location to the beach and within walking distance to plenty of shops and restaurants. As well the kitchen also being small is quite practical

Just bear in mind these are apartments and there isn't any onsite restaurant or pool bar but all facilities are on doorstep.

The studio flat had everything we needed and it was great value for money.

Not the condos fault but for such a large condo very few sunbeds. And the usual selfish people reserving and not using!! Long pool on photos too shallow for serious swimming. Condo opposite Bangkok hospital so you do get sirens.

We had a brilliant stay. The host could not have been more caring. My wife asked if they had an ironing board. Which they did not. 4 days later a brand new ironing board arrived. Weekly cleaning was thorough. The position of la casita is it's main strength. 5 minutes walking to market village, blueport and the beach. The bars and restaurants of soi 94 are also 5 mins away. We liked it so much we have booked for another month next year. Its important to manage expectation. This is not a 5 star hotel. But an excellent value condo.

It would be good to have access to another roll of toilet paper (further rolls are locked in a cabin and only accessible by the housekeeping staff). There was only one bathing towel prepared for two people, so we had to ask for a second one which only came on the next day
