The hot tub poured an orange liquid on the last day, this wasn’t an issue before but was strange to see. And to be extreme nit picky the shower in the 3rd room had a tendency to flood the bathroom floor just a little bit but this really wasn’t a big issue.

The service was exceptional, the owner was very greating and personally offered free transportation to and from ao nang. The rooms were spacious, clean and comfortable with 3 amazing en-suites. The pool was very good too and was adequate for the villa. Rooms service cleaned well each day and were very kind.

I don't know where to begin about this wonderful facility. First of all, the staff is very friendly and caring. The hotel has a shuttle service, when you call 15 minutes before, they pick you up from the hotel and transport you to Aa Nang or from Ao Nang to the hotel. You just need to send a message from whatsup and tell them your location. The service is available until 9pm. The hotel especially organised sightseeing tours. They offered options, the prices were more affordable than elsewhere, and we had the chance to visit with insured, licensed tour companies. However, I would like to mention another interesting point. While we were holding the hotel, we thought that we would only use it for sleeping and spend the rest of the time in the city centre, beach, tour. However, at the end of each day, we wanted to return to the hotel as soon as possible to rest and enjoy. The pool, jacuzzi and the view are so beautiful that we definitely enjoyed the pool after the night market. The design of the rooms allows three separate families to stay by protecting their personal space, you only share the living room. Everyone can go to the pool in front of their own room. Our thanks to the hotel managers and employees who created this beautiful environment. The most important criterion for me, would I consider staying here on the next trip ? The answer to satisfaction lies here. And yes, if there is definitely the next trip, I will definitely stay here.

People don’t mind clearing up their own leaves in the pool. There are bound to be leaves falling in the pool as the villa is surrounded by beautiful trees but every time you want them gone you need to ask someone to do it. For about 1,000 Baht you can get a Net and leave one in each villa garden so we can do it ourselves.

Location is only 10 minutes from ao nang beach and they offer a shuttle for whenever you need within normal hours which is unheard of as there is usually a schedule. The pool was lovely and big and the upstairs seating area and jacuzzi was a nice touch. Wi-Fi also good. Be prepared for monkeys to visit but don’t worry they keep their distance and are a super cool touch seeing them roaming free.

This is was most perfect stay for our group of 6. The villa was so clean and comfortable with a gorgeous pool. The cleaning staff came by everyday and also provided bottled water everyday. The shuttle bus down to the beach area was so convenient and we were never waiting more than 10 minutes to be dropped or collected. The general manager, Ivan, was so helpful and lovely and gave us many recommendations and advice on the area. We really enjoyed our stay in Lux Family Villas

The staff we met on the first day is a bit rude. Sometimes I feel like he used sarcasm words when talking to us, especially when we requested something apart from the booking. (ex. I asked for a room to change clothes because we arrived early. He hesitated but then took us to one empty villa. After we finished, he asked us about our luggages and told us not to use the cleaned toilets in that villa. We said sorry, but we had already used it since he did not told us before. His expression then was a bit angry but he said it’s fine and started using some sarcasm when talking.) However, the rest of staffs are nice. The white guy and a lady at the front are very polite and friendly.

The property is very clean and spacious with 3 bedrooms 3 bathrooms and one kitchen+living room. The pool is in an outdoor right after we entered into the villa. Moreover, there is a jacuzzi (for 2-3ppl) at the rooftop. Beds are all comfy and the size is suitable for 2 people per room. The villa we booked is at the corner of the hotel, so it’s quiet and private. There are free hotel vans for a round trip to Aonang, which is only 10 mins drive from the hotel, but you have to booked it by calling the reception.

The property is quite new and its well furnished with clean rooms. It is secluded from the main areas, so it is very peaceful and relaxing. For families, its highly recommended provided you carry your food as the property doesn't have any restaurants or eating options. The Host was very good and receptive. The shuttle service is quite helpful as you can travel to the beach any time of the day. Kids loved the villa. We preferred the common pool more than the private pool. Since its surrounded with nature from all side, expect some insects/flies.
