Facilities like TV wasn’t the best and the resort lacked a restaurant which was shut since covid.

Staff was very friendly and provided competitive rates for all activities. The general manager, Ivan was actively interested in our well being and ensuring that the stay was good. Great place on a budget and the free shuttle service to the beach is absolutely essential service that they provide. They also have a 24x7 pool.

Although both bedrooms were air conditioned, the living room had a fan only.

The setting is very nice. The owner greeted us himself, and went out of his way to help. There's a free shuttle service to the beach and local walking street. The pool is open 24/7.

The fan in the living area only seems to have 1 speed. As we only planned to book 1 night I did not ask if it has more speeds Best to get there by car. If you are a bit more adventurous you can also book mopeds or motorbikes there (Thai traffic is a bit more of a challenge though)

Clean, spacious Seperate living area with 2 rooms, each ensuite Beds were softer than a lot of the (hard) beds I've come across during our trip south.

The service was amazing. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We stayed as a family with 4 kids including baby and toddler and it was very comfortable. We had a private pool which was clean and used very much by us. The location is good and there is launderette and food places which we tried. There is a shuttle bus which is amazing that takes you to Ao Nang beach and we had no trouble staying here at all. We will definitely re book.

Location wasn’t great but theres a shop with essentials that is a 2 min walk away and the free shuttle bus made it very easy

9am - 11pm they had a free shuttle bus/van to the main town of Ao Nang Beach. Very clean rooms and towels. Great amenities provided. Good air con and lighting. Clean showers and bathrooms. Best service we have had so far. Ayman was a fantastic host.

Wonderful villa!!! Everyday received cleaned villa with good smell. Children enjoyed swimming pool a lot. So I had my quiet coffee time))) The free shuttle was really convenient. I could use whenever I want. Maximum waiting time was 5 minutes. Receiption helped me everything i asked. Had very good feeling. If you need remote work, there is office with very fast internet. Definitely go back if I will be in krabi.

The individual villa's outdoor condition could be better, such as the gardens within the compound, and more covered from the rain for when it does intermittently rain.

Free shuttle to Ao Nang beach. Well managed property with maintained gardens and daily cleaning. Staff are kind to the guests and try to help where possible. Was definitely treated as a guest.

Not really a problem, but more of a luxurious issue with our suv, this wouldn’t fit in the parking next to the villa and also there was something going on with the frontdoor.

The property has a very good vibe, it’s clean and has nice and quite surroundings, furthermore you can relax on the small balcony in front of your stay. Nice owner also. We had a pleasant stay as a couple! We will come back here for sure!

One of the downsides, as almost everywhere in Thailand and specifically in SW Asia, is the lack of hot water on the tap of the sink which makes shaving a bit challenging.

The place is calm and quiet. Our 2BR villa was very clean with comfortable bed and living room. The pool is good option for relax between the activities in Aonang, the beaches and the islands. The staff is outstanding providing everything that we needed. The place might be far from the town but there is provided free shuttle by request or renting a motor bike on a reasonable price. We rented a bike because it gave us freedom to roam around. I definitely recommend the villas for families or couples.

Nothing to dislike but I wish they would re start the catering and drinks that they used to have when we visited in 2018. Food is easily available on grab and food panda though . Walk around the property and there are delightful cafes and small restaurants

The location is nice and secluded with plenty of peace and quite . Yet very accessible to the beach and markets due to the free shuttle which is available thru the day. The villa with the private pool is great and well maintained . They have a large common pool also for access .
