We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

PakistanRoom was very small, but for the price it was fine. Room did not have a refrigerator. In Phuket's heat, we couldn't keep our water cold.
The location was great, very close to Patong Beach. The street was not very busy, so it was very easy to take a walk around. The hotel had ala carte breakfast which was delicious. The hotel had an amazing vibe, there was some party happening every day. Hotel staff was very nice, the tour desk was very helpful. We booked tours from there and rented a bike as well.

MalaysiaQuite a small room. Expected the room to be slightly bigger with facilities such as a fridge and can have space to put the luggage and other stuff.
The ambiance was nice. The lobby area was big and had a wall climbing area for families/people who came to test their climbing skills. Easy to check in. The hotel was near other attractions like Jungceylon Mall, Bangla Road, and the beach. Only takes a few minutes of walking and you arrive at the places.

The organize Pub crawl which was a blast. People from 20 to 50 years old. That was the highlight. Very clean. Managed to organize taxi to airport from hotel. Good location 7 -10 min to beach or night clubs

OmanI did not like the size of the room - very small with no cabourd or space to put you cloths. It was clean and house keeping was very helpful make sure room is clean all the time.
I liked the activities staff trying to organise for people. However, it was little bit challeneging to make real connection with people from different spots of world. I thought it would be easier but it was not. Hence l, the decision to stay at this hotel. I would select the ususal hotels 4 or 5 stars over this next time. Staff were friendly and accomodating.

United KingdomI was a solo female traveler and it seemed that about 80% of guest were males. Would have been nice if there was more females, so I could have had girls company. The private room was very small, not enough place to even open the laugage fully!
The location was perfect, everything is nearby, large variaty of restaurants, shops, massages and the beach is a few minutes walking. The hotel itself was alright, I liked that there were activities for people to socialise pretty much everyday.

from reception to entrance. at the hotel, the animation was top, which allowed to meet people, Cleaning the room was always very tidy after cleaning. Close but far from the confused. 10 min on foot, enough not to hear the noise, but close to walking.

The staff are very nice! The location is fantastic, closed to everything, the beach, shopping malls, Bangla walking street, restaurants, massage shops, etc. Breakfast is super. We had a very good time there!
