Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

In a quiet street (no traffic noise), so great to get a good nights sleep in a busy city. Apt is as described. Very clean and everything works. Easy to find from BTS station. Lots to do in the area with a nice mall very close by with lots of Japanese restaurants. 7.11 a minutes walk away. The host was very helpful and great to communicate with.

United StatesThe only thing that was tricky was turning on the hot water, as it was not super clear to us as foreigners. However, when we messaged the proprietor, they promptly responded to help us resolve our question.
The apartment is well located- it is only a few minutes from the BTS Ekkamai station and less than 5 minutes from the Gateway mall. Instructions to access the apartment were very clear based on the messages sent via booking.com, which made checking in/out very simple. The apartment is modern and a good size for 3 people. We asked for early check-in due to extenuating circumstances and the proprietor promptly responded approving our request. We had access to the washing machine, iron, blow-dryer, etc. There was a welcome message that shared details about the neighborhood and welcome snacks. I would highly recommend staying here for a local experience

Location is top, 3 mins on foot to the skytrain station. The room was spacious, clean and well equipped. The communication with the host was easy. She answered very quick and was helpful. One important thing you should know: this building has no elevator. It would be difficult if you have large suitcases and have to carry them up the stairs. Contact the host to ask if you can have the room on the ground floor. I would stay here again if travel to Bangkok. Highly recommend.

Very comfortable lodgings in the Ekkamai area. Overall, the apartment facilities exceeded my expectations, especially the kitchen equipment and washing machine. Room was clean and aircon was strong. It was a peaceful stay at a quiet alley beside the Ekkamai BTS station. The nice owner, Nari, was responsive to my messages. The apartment unit at the second floor where I stayed has a large balcony.

MalaysiaThe room flooring too slippery and the shower area the water flow output on the grease trap was not smooth enough, easily get stuck even without anything leftover on the trap. Failure on the Wi-Fi quite consistent.
Location was fantastic, easy to access to BTS. The host is very responsive, is an added credit to the stay.
