There was no one on reception when we arrived so we had to call someone to come down, makes the experience a feel bit impersonal.

Good location, very quiet but close to the night market and main street. After a very minor administration issue, we were given the mini suite instead of the double room and the suite was amazing. One of the nicest rooms we have stayed in so far. There was only a/c in the bedroom but that was ok for us as we didn't plan on using the lounge area. Breakfast was included in the price and had some good options for hot food. Cereal, toast and fruit are left out for you to help yourself to.

Hard to communicate with staff but this was not a big issue for us!

For the price the room you get is lovely, very spacious and has a balcony with a very good size bathroom with shower separate to toilet! Room had views of the big Buddha in the mountains. The breakfast was very very sufficient for the price!! Cleaners always left water and new towels outside of our room. Great location as you are in a quiet spot but still a stones throw from the main walking street etc

did have a double bed booking but ended up with two singles, was a shame. they have a big tv but it doesn’t actually work, keeps changing chanel on its own etc.

Beds not comfortable Staff can speak very little English (appreciate this is a novelty) During breakfast service there was only one member of staff working that I ever saw which meant she had to do about 3 people’s jobs by herself. We had some really inconsiderate neighbouring customers that came in drunk and very loud in the corridor between 1-2am most nights - generally earplugs needed

Our room was clean and nice! Everything that is needed and location was also great, everything in walking distance but nice and quiet. Breakfast was okay - eggs, coffee, some fruit, toast - so you get a nice meal.

Wifi wasn’t great at times, staff didn’t speak much English, there was one staff member who was lovely and tried her best though. Some staff could’ve been a bit more attentive.

Really big room and bathroom. So much space, location is great, it’s quiet but just down the road from walking street, shops, restaurants, bars etc. breakfast included was really nice. A pipe burst in our bathroom and the staff were really helpful with it, gave us another room whilst it was fixed and it was all sorted the same day. Good value for money.

Shower wall is deteriorating, needs fixing. Wall in bedroom is dusty, I could see hands on it. Breakfast is nothing special. Eggs, ham, sausage, toast, jam, pineappel and watermelon, cereal, coffee, tea and oj. Same same every day. There was never someone at the frontdesk. When I came in they did not expect me and there was nobody there. Also when I had to check out I gave the key to cleaning lady/cook. The hotel did not have that nice cozy warm vibe I expected because there never was staff at front desk I could ask questions about the hotel or the area. That did not make me feel welcome.

I was in suite 11. Bathroom is large. Plenty of hot water from rainshower. It was very quiet at night eventhough the nightmarket is around the corner.

for the price you pay , this is probably the best option you can get with breakfast included . owner helps with bike rentals and also there is a very tasty place to eat for local prices just around the corner , dont miss it ! best steaks

There was a used towel hanging on the back of the bathroom door on arrival and the coffee tea spoons were sticky with coffee in the pot - a little more care when cleaning needed. The bed was very hard, I don’t mind a firm bed (most in Thailand are) but this was exceptionally hard. The curtains were cream, they didn’t block any light so take an eye mask if you wake easily, 5:30am and the room was fully lit up until the sun moved around. I had read reviews saying staff were rude, not the case I just don’t think they speak much English, we had no issues.

The bed was super squeaky and woke up my baby when I moved, also quite small so we were awake a lot during the night in my attempt to stop him rolling off the bed. It was just me and my 19 month old. The Aircon was also very loud and made a clicky noise which disturbed him, and there was no fan in the bedroom to use instead. The lobby lights outside shone very brightly into the house at night, but I found the switch and turned them off myself in the end.

Nice and spacious, great location, it has a torch for power cuts and an umbrella which were really nice touches during the rainy season. It was clean and modern, and although some things were worn and broken, that didn't affect the experience of staying her really. It was nice and quiet but maybe just because of covid 😅 It had everything we needed, fridge, tea, coffee, hairdryer etc too. Also the WiFi was good enough for my work

This was the most uncomfortable bed I’ve ever slept in. Genuinely couldn’t stay asleep because my leg or arm would go numb.

The room was a big space and located right outside the walking markets!
