SingaporeA little dated We ordered room service online and it wasn't checked. We called the service line 45 mins after and realised they did not check orders on their online platform. Luckily restaurants were just a short walk away, just that I had to deal with hangry kids. Hotel breakfast was almost the same every day. Could change it up a little. Shops in the resort were not open.. Had to go to the service desk to ask them to open it. Pedicure could be better. Staff was friendly but skills not quite there. Beach can be cleaner. Can see litter in the sand.
Close to patong, jung ceylon. So if u are too bored in the resort, it is just 10 mins away by car. Resort gave us a connecting room which is good for 3 adults 2 kids. Hotel was clean. Resort had everything and staff were polite and friendly. Beach very close by.

Been there for honeymoon. Facility is awesome. Located in a private bay. Variety of food, hardworking stuff, peaciful environment. Allowed us for early check-in. Staff is always smily and helpful. Brilliant white sand beach with no rocks. Nothing to complain. Piece of heaven.

The staff was very helpful and welcoming, generally speaking. The staff at the outside breakfast was mixed. Some were really happy and nice and others seemed unhappy in their work. The massages were great and priced fair.

United Arab EmiratesThere is really nothing to complain about the hotel . The only factor could be its slightly isolated location which makes it a pain to access the happening areas - either on patong side or karon side. Transport is available but they charge 300 Bhat for a drop and the same while getting back. This starts adding up to a tidy sum in a few days and is bit of an irritant - I would really recommend the hotel to do a few complimentary trips ( say to Jungceylon mall and karon centre ) a few times each day which would largely resolve this and show the hotel's commitment to guest comfort.
It has an absolutely exotic location, where two small hills isolate the beach on two sides - making the hotel's beach completely private . Its also a very pretty stretch of beach with the only downside being jelly fish , but thats nature and don't think the hotel can do much about it anyways . There are several pools and one of them is massisve - and its great to spend time swimming in the sea and then get back to the pools and poolside to rest up. Though the rooms are a bit dated - but its made up by the extra space , the balcony and great quality of housekeeping. In general the food was excellent , including breakfast buffet . However I must mention the japanese restaurant - its was a class apart with fantastic food and service and most evenings we landed up there. After having had 5-6 meals there I could not point out a single dish or dining experience that was sub-par. Can recommend if you like japanese food.
