Staff were really nice & attentive. Yes The place is old & of course maybe needing some attention but not enough to complain about. The pool area is very pretty & overlooking the beach. Staff there all day looking after the grounds & to serve food / drinks & happy hour 6-8pm was 50% off. Lots of areas to sit, the decoration is really cool & funky. We stayed in bungalow which I think was upgraded to what we originally booked it was spacious, clean & tidy. Really no issues with anything considering the price we paid & walking distance to a lot food / drink options too.

The resort must have been super nice when it was just built. Maybe wind and salt water on an island don’t help, but you see it’s starting to slowly get dated. Without proper maintenance, I’m afraid it will soon not fit with the price category anymore…

We had the deluxe family room: very big and looks very good. Staff was very helpful: taxi back to the pier, rental of motorcycles, etc.

Our room had the smell of cigarette smoke when we arrived. We were there for 7 nights, and we managed to air it over the first couple of days.

Great location: walking distance to some nice cafes. Peaceful at night with a nice room which was refreshed every day by the team. Good WiFi, lovely pool that stayed open all night. Really nice team.

There was an occasion when we visited the pool bar & no one was serving, when my son tried to locate the barman, he told him he was eating quite rudely. I appreciate that there maybe can’t be staff there all the time but if he had said politely, he will come & take our order when he was done, this would have left a very different impression.

The photos of the accommodation do not do it justice, it was beautifully designed and was very clean, the beds were comfortable and the fridge was packed with goodies. The infinity pool was also an added bonus & the accommodation, just a ten min taxi journey away to the centre of town.

Koh Phangan was very busy when i stayed here but even so the price of the room was excessive at €100 a night. The restaurant only served pizza after 7pm but this wasn't mentioned on the menu. Design of the room will put some people off - mine was decorated in curved green mosaic tiles like some sci-fi psych ward so didn't feel like Thailand when inside

The room was spacious , big bed , bathroom and open wardrobe . Well stocked minibar with tea and coffee making facilities. Each room has its own roof terrace with a hammock and table and chairs. Bar and restaurant area well placed by the pool , with plenty of sunbeds overlooking the beach . Friendly staff and convenient location .

The design of the hotel is really weird and not so comfortable the whole area of the shower and the toilet, you actually get lost while walking to take a shower or to use the toilet. The room needs a little bit of a renovation and the sheets and the Towels need to be replaced because they are very old. There is no place to wash your feet before going into the room, and there is a lot of sand from the pole to the room which makes your room really dirty in a small amount of time.

The owner was kind enough to upgrade us to the Villa, which was wonderful and we were really grateful . The pool is great it’s right on the beach.the room is big and the bed is comfortable. There is a great water pressure in the shower.

The stay was decent, however the place has seen better days. It feels a bit like a Wes Anderson movie set.

The location is well placed in the middle of a quieter part of the island, which is nice. The rooms are well cleaned. Also the infinite pool has a great view of the ocean.

The food at the restaurant was disappointing (we only ate one meal there; after that, we opted to eat elsewhere) — very bland, no spice at all. Perhaps they’re catering to a certain tourist sub-population, but for us it was a let-down.

The room was spacious even for a family of 4. The decor is unusual, but works quite well (better than expected based on the photos we saw). The infinity pool is beautiful Lovely location overlooking the beach. (Not the most beautiful beach on the island, but still good for a long morning swim.) Very helpful, friendly staff, terrific housekeeping. Peaceful and pretty quiet (except for the music from the gym nearby), thankfully secluded from the Koh Phangan party scene.

Location itself didn't have too much around. You need a bike to get around.. close cafe nearby and night market was close.. Staff were ok but not as friendly as other islands.. the room was somewhat dated, and the sliding door didn't slide well.. overall it was fine..

The pool and beach view, with one of the best sunsets from the pool and roof top area, you don't have to leave the hotel for a sunset.. the TV in the room was very good. Wide screen and had Netflix and Prime. Overall, good hotel and large rooms. Loved that they let us change our dates and offered refund in cash for the one night's.that we had to miss.
