Difficult to park nearby especially for free Owner doesn't meet you Only lets you in remotely. Not the same as been greeted and having the chance to chat and ask questions Batteries in one tv remote leaked so not worked for sometime Lift small and awkward to use

Good location for old town bus and rail station and port. Once inside the property is quiet from the street as on the 5th floor. Separate lounge Comfy bed.

Would have liked to have known that the free breakfast wasn't available on Sunday as the bistro wasn't open.

We had booked for three days and nights but there was no hot water until the last day. We were not able to take a shower, wash our hair or wash in hot water. This was most unpleasant, we felt dirty for the whole of the stay which was supposed to be a celebration of my husband’s birthday . The owner told us to be patient and tried to pretend that there was hot water. I am 78 , I know the difference between hot and cold. The water wasn’t even tepid! I cried a lot and then became angry because we had travelled by car the day before we arrived . All we wanted was a shower, I am not used to washing in cold water at my age , let alone taking cold showers. I couldn’t wash my hair and when there was no water on the morning of our last day I couldn’t even brush my teeth or even flush the toilet. We had to go out , no water for breakfast either. When we came back later in the evening, there was hot water and we were able to shower before leaving. This was the worst stay in my life , it ruined our holiday and we spent most of the time just trying to get it repaired , to no avail. I feel that the owner should reimburse us for the miserable situation we found ourselves in. Fancy looking showers and modern bathroom equipment mean nothing if they don’t work. It is up to the owner to ensure that everything works before the customer arrives, not pretend that everything is fine and tell us to be patient for the stay when it is obvious that the water system is broken. He even tried to tell me that it was working when we arrived and it was only broken for one day. This really made me furious. We received a text on the last day after we had gone out to inform us that there was a sauna available. I can’t imagine how I could shampoo my hair and soap and wash myself in a sauna and found this suggestion disgraceful.

I chose it for its situation which was ok. The place was clean and tidy.

pictures misleading versus actual place. Finishings made to look nice but not actually practical eg little place to put your bag or toiletries communication with host only via WhatsApp so if you do not have a local sim you can’t even get into the place as it was all electronic access and no person there to greet you on arrival. Unable to connect to WiFi.

Took us a couple of minutes to figure out the modern technology they have but quickly realized how it works and staff where quick to attend to our questions to solve it!

The location is perfect - train station just 2 minutes walk away and main square 10 min by walk. The room decoration and comfortability is 5 star standards! The personnel are very helpful and always ready to help you! And by far the best bed I have ever slept on, super comfortable! Well done you guys delivered all expectations and more!

Washing Machine and dryer were filthy. Grease & slime all through the seals of the washing machine and the filters blocked in the dryer. It is a communial washing machine & dryer. The dryer had sand through it. The unit stunk of stale water from the bathroom and at no stage did the smell go away. No bench space in the Bathroom. No lighting in the kitchen. Good info regarding local establishments on a card in the room, but there were some no longer open.

Nothing to point out, we had a very comfortable night and Sergio was flexible with both Check-in and check-out, allowing us to leave an hour later just so we could rest a bit more, which is MUCH appreciated after travelling with kids.

Sergio was a great host and very responsive and friendly during our communication exchange. We checked in very late at night and Sergio provided all the instructions for us to unlock the apartment and made himself available via What’s app. We only stayed one night but we found the suite very comfortable to accommodate us with our child and baby. Travel cot was provided too and there was water bottles and coffee available. Although located in the city center with easy parking, we found the suite to be quiet. The free Italian breakfast served in a nearby cafe was fresh and lovely.

Our room overlooked the street so it was a bit noisy during the night. The bed was too soft (this might appeal to some people but displeases others). The hygiene level could also be a bit higher. If the price was cheaper I would give it a higher grade.

The locatoion is great - close to everything, from train station to city center and restaurants/bars. The communication witht the owner was also good and easy.

there’s no one at reception which was an issue when door access app was down, guests waiting outside. Room cleaning was never carried out over the week even when requested.

location and facilities were very good. Room was lovely on arrival. There are also complementary water bottles, coffee etc and an extensive list of suggested restaurants, modes of transport, bars etc which was very helpful.

They sell it as a solution for 4 but in fact it is a double room apartment which can hold max 2 adults and 2 very small kids. or 2+1 . We arrive late night so it was too late to book something else but if we knew the setup we would not book it. They say parking is not a problem, but in fact it is a solution for those who come by train or public transport. If you have a car - avoid it. It took us 1,5h to find the right parking place almost the same time we spend in the plane to Sardinia ;).

Nice modern design. Well equipped room . But if you are older or would like to have personal contact with the staff forget about it. It is a place for backpacking milenials for 1 night stay.

The apartment was exceptionally clean and well furnished. The owner was very helpful throughout the whole stay and we really felt like we have someone to contact when we were in trouble. Everything worked perfectly and it was on a very good spot in the city. You have everything within reach. If youre looking for a nice place to stay in Cagliari I would definitely recommend this accommodation.
