The man at reception was so friendly and helped wherever possible. He even went out of his way to get fresh aloe vera from the garden when we checked in as we were sunburnt on arrival.

Be careful with the Seaview option as we were quite disappointed to find out that our room led on the road and not the sea. The staff still tried to provide us another room that had a better view which was nice of them but we still ended with something different that what we thought we would have.

The room was spacious and the overall place is nicely accommodated with plants etc.. Nice location if you don’t want to stay in a too crowded area (like Sairee beach) where there is more life at night etc… It was calming but still really easy to go the Sairee by scooter or taxi Would definitely recommend upgrading for AC, it was very hot and we regretted it, the fan wasn’t enough

The beds weren’t the most comfy and you didn’t get a duvet you get a thin blanket which does not really satisfy. The shower is not good and the pictures online are slightly misleading.

Staff was rude, we booked a snorkeling trip and one of us got sick the operater told us if we want to change the date or get a refund we have to talk to the hotel where we booked. The guy was not open to talk about it and yelled at me, rather then helping. After that it felt like he was overfriendly to me. Our room did not get cleaned after 4 days. Especially taking out the trash would have been really good since the bathroom smelled really bad.

The staff is super friendly, room big and cozy with A/C (even though most of the rooms are fan only, there still are a few with A/C), the location is beautiful next to the beach and with a lot of green plants in between. The restaurant is reasonably priced and offers delicious food. Overall we were very satisfied and would recommend it to anyone :)

Two small bottles of water are free every day. There is no place, where you can refill your bottles. Since Koh Tao tries to reduce the amount of plastic used, this seems not to work here.

The room was big enough, where we used the third bed for our clothes. The location was nice, as you are at a quieter place but still close to the center and the resort is directly at the ocean.

The Ressort was located right in the south of the island were the best beaches are. If you want to be in the centre of the island, you would have to go for other Ressorts/hostels though. Would save a lot of taxi drives.

The Bungalows were great wir direct access to the beach. Was very calm as well.

There us quit a lot of traffic passing by, mainly motorbike. Only at night, it stops. I guess it's the same as for al resorts next to the beach

The staff are nice, the location is great, one of the good bays for snorkeling and walking distance to the shark Bay, both known for being visited by turtles and baby sharks. It is very recommended for snorkeling fans. We've been in the high season in February, and it was quiet and peaceful, with no a lot of people on the beach. Food is good and good price. Next to the resort, there is 7/11, exchange, a few restaurants in walking distance, all that you need. We spent 5 days there, and we didn't even rent a bike.

Not very clean, it wasn’t dirty just not very clean. The blanket was just a large towel which we found odd.

It would have been amazing to have some cushion in the heavy set chairs in balcony. Had a sexual remark from the manager. He receives boundary setting very well and was lovely after that.

I thought the resort was a place that had its day- felt like an old school place with little quirky decorations. Dark wooden panels and heavy chairs. Clear that guests keep returning. Old school feel.

They are very understaffed and you spend a lot of time waiting for food, to book a tour, to get stg fixed in the room. They ate lovely but they need more staff, thats it.

The bungalows are good value, on the beach and the manager and tour booker are lovely

The girls at the reception is really nice, she lets us do an anticipated check in. The room was quite big. Far from the noisy part of the island but where you can still find some shops and restaurants. The garden is beautiful.

Pillows were quite hard for us. Wifi reached our room only sometimes.

Basic, worth money. Clean, friendly staff. Own small beach but not good at high tide. Many restaurants and massages nearby. Also laundry is easy to find. You need motorbike to get around the island. I guess they rent bicycles but the island is very hilly. Free water bottles every day. Good wifi at restaurant area.

There are cheaper and better options in the neighbourhood. Also, we had a room next to the main street and we could hear cars, people partying and so on. I bet a bungalow close to the beach would be more quiet.
