There is nothing I didn’t like about this Hotel. Everything was so well kept and such good value for money for such a nice hotel. The restaurant downstairs was fantastic about the Hotel is a 10 out of 10 for me.

This hotel is a real hidden gem. It’s clean tidy the staff are so friendly. Nothing is too much trouble for them.

Value for money, location, best restaurant

Staff is amazing, very lively , restaurant is especial , food is fantastic. Rooms are simple and suits for staying for about 2-3 nights in great location, don’t expect too much for this price, anyway it’s best value for this money, and you get discount in restaurant so it’s double best value !

Nothing so far out stay was amazing

This is one of the finest place in phuket to stay, much recommended place. Raj(Resturant supervisor) and his team members assisted us while having our food. (mouth watering food) as an Indian I fall in love with turkish and Mediterranean food. staff is courteous. Reception staff was amazing always smiling and humbly answering whatever we ask😊 We booked our package from "Hana" beautiful human being she took 1 hour just to let us know which tour package will be best for us ( my recommendation is to book tour package from her, she gives the best discount and the phi phi island tour was amazing )

I liked staying here: the location is good, the breakfast is really nice, the staff is super friendly. My room was on 5th floor and since there is no elevator I had to go up & down all the time but I forgive that because there was a balcony with nice view 😌

This place is absolutely wonderful. Really lovely room, with a big comfy bed, in a really good location! I only stayed for 1 night after a full days travel, but it was such good value for money, and the Mediterranean cuisine in the restaurant is absolutely incredible also.

We were a couple. They had written that they give a hair dryer to the tenants. My girlfriend needed a hair dryer from the first day. But even after asking for it everyday for 5 nights, we didn't get anything and the staff kept stalling. Also, there was no power socket around the mirror. How can someone use the hairdryer of a hair straightener if there is no socket around the mirror? One more thing for the future tenants. The hotel is good, but please don't be too excited about it from just the pictures.

If you are a light sleeper this isn’t the place for you due to loud street noise and thin walls, shower wasn’t great and bed was very hard

Toiletries were not given. Every three days, when asked, those were given. No elevator was there so it's difficult to carry luggage

The stairs to the rooms can be a challenge for those travelling with larger bags/ suitcases as no lift or accessibility facilities. Staff did not provide us the WiFi (unaware of the hotel having a WiFi code as not provided or indicated by staff). Staff did not inform us of check out time and did not inform us if the restaurant downstairs would close at a certain time of the night as you have to walk through the restaurant and to the back. Plugs moved when you plugged things into them/ spark at times. On entering the room there was a handy man in the bathroom grouting the shower floor, he said he would return but didn’t which meant the grout dried and became harsh/ sharp to stand on.

Spacious room with balcony and on arrival our bed had been made with a little flower and nicely presented towels. Central and not too far from the beach.

No soundproofing at all. You'll hear your neighbors slamming doors and music from tuk tuks from the street. You'd better have earplugs if you plan to sleep. Poor, poor speed of the Internet in the rooms. I had to ask to improve it multiple times and got deprived of it altogether. The speed downstairs in the restaurant is okay, though.

- The reception staff's English understanding was very limited (compared to other hotels in Thailand). - I came from a time zone with several hours difference. No "Don't disturb" tablet. Cleaning ladies always woke me early. - Also, curtains don't really block the light in the morning, they are very thin. Hard to sleep up after the time zone change. Without a good sleep, the day isn't great either. The hotel could easily fix it by adding an additional optional layer of blinds (if they insist on keeping thin curtains). - My bank card (Maestro) didn't work on the check-in, I was forced to look for an ATM, while the hotel manager grabbed my passport and refused to return it. I never had my passport just forced out like this in Thailand. Luckily, the ATM was close and I withdrew the money. The same card worked fine in other hotels. - The WiFi in the room was unstable, sometimes it didn't work at all.

The Turkish restaurant at the ground floor is authentic. I recommend it if you like Turkish food.

The room wasn’t exactly as the picture but it was OK for a two-nights stay. No elevators in the building, so try to carry few bags with you. The bathroom is, in my opinion, weird (works but the toilet is inside the shower or, in the other way around, I’m not sure)

Location is really good and if you get there at night there is a Turkish restaurant inside the building. Breakfast was beyond expectation (I waited a little bit but the food was recently cooked) It’s a good place for a short stay.
