The amazing staff always ready to help , the amazing Mountain View, the pool (closes at 8pm so very quiet in the evening if you take a room with pool view)

Very clean, beautiful view and great people. Is designed perfectly with everything you need, small details like usb, beach bag etc Very quiet but still close to amenities. Great location If you come to Krabi is the beast choice

The hotel is slightly out the way , but they do provide a free shuttle service to the beach .

Lack of facilities, there are no gardens or outdoor spaces in which to sit out apart from the small pool area which has limited seating and nowhere inside to relax other than your room. There is no restaurant, meals are served in the reception area and this offers no privacy or ambiance as you are in full view of all through traffic and people checking in or out and breakfast is very expensive. There is a small vending machine in reception selling a limited selection of canned drinks but no bar. The hotel is extremely overpriced and despite the fact that it is pleasant to stay in a brand new hotel it is most definitely not 4 Star when compared with the price and facilities we found in all of the other 4 Star hotels we used during our trip.

Quite far from city centre off busy roads . Can’t travel after sun down alone ( no street lights). Hotel has free bi hourly pick and drop off beach. But receptionist will make you googley eyes if you ask again . ( other staff eva and others are very supportive) . Breakfast had fixed menu everyday . Got tired after 2 days of eating same stuff . Good for 1-2 days Room service : ordered once . Chicken satay was cold and got 3 shripa for 180 bhat . Not worth it. ordered dinner from grab as resort is in remote location.

Quiet and peaceful place

We stayed three nights and from the first night we found smll ants/insects in the room on the floor, tv table and coffee corner. They were getting all over our stuff and when we reported it to the staff they cleaned the room but the insects stayed. Even after we complained again they cleaned the room again and the insects showed again the next morning. The room is also very dusty and does not feel clean at all. Its a hotel not a resort as the facilities are very limited. The breakfast was very limited to a menu that had mostly eggs + other stuff. Was expensive from what it is worth. I didnt like my stay. When getting transportation or tour suggestions from the receptionist they were giving us hugh rates and prices. The tour we took from the hotel was mostly a driver and not an actual tour.

It is not a resort. It is a hotel. The room was not a suite it was just a room which was disappointing as I was expecting a suite because that is how it was advertised The pool was nice also with a great view but pool area was not that imaginative however I recognise that could be due to newness of hotel. There wasn't enough cushions for the sunbeds so would have been nice to have had access to this even if they are not all out. The breakfast was OK but would have been nice to have a bit more variety given my dietary requirements

It is a nice small hotel with an amazing view. It is nice and quiet away from the hustle and bustle of town but also a nice walk to the town if that is wanted and there is a free shuttle into the town if you don't want to walk The room was a nice size, it was modern as the hotel is fairly new and bed was comfortable. The staff were extremely friendly.

Breakfast was expensive and it was not worth it and minimum choice compared to the price. We waited very long ordering food and everything there was a bit pricey.

Friendly and helpful staff. The room is clean and comfortable plus the view. Free transfer to the beach which was helpful because we tried to order grab and it took forever.

This hotel is only a month old so there's lots of unfinished work, mainly outside. Nearly all the rooms offer an ok view there's no need to pay extra for a so called mountain view.

Breakfast had little choice and eggs were always cold. The location is about 1km to the main road then another kilometre to the town center. The hotel does offer a free shuttle bus about 4 times a day.
