There was no entertainment and the beach bar was closed in the evenings so nothing to do there. Room was a bit smelly from damp.

A sign in reception to identify the check in counter and the tour desks would be helpful. We were not sure who to speak to when we arrived to check in. The check in process was slower than expected. The resort app is a good idea but response by the chat function took several hours and the room service we ordered through the app arrived with the wrong dessert. It was easier to speak to the staff directly. It was a 30 - 60 minute drive to most main tourist attractions and there are no cheap transport options that we could find. Expect 600 THB to Phuket Town one way and 200 THB to get over the hill to Kata Beach. The resort provides a good priced return shuttle to Phuket Town and Patong Beach at 150 THB per person but only once per day at a fixed time and there are minimum numbers of 6 people for it to proceed. All our tours provided a transfer option, usually for an additional cost. The resort has enough to keep guests entertained so it is not an issue if you are happy to stay at the resort most days. Otherwise, plan to spend on transport.

Beautiful beach location. Very friendly, attentive and accommodating staff. The food and cocktails were all excellent. All the amenities we could have wanted were included, such as fresh beach towels daily and a beach bag. Very comfortable room and bed. I would recommend the Thani wing rooms.

Everything was great. Super location, very pleasant team, wonderful breakfast and cozy room. The beach is right under the window, I especially liked the green area between the hotel and the beach.ata Noi has everything you need for shopping. I recommend it and I will probably go back there myself.

Everything was great but my kids (14,12,10 years) would of loved a floating / jumping obstacle course in the water. But that was their only complaint!

Excellent location, right on the beach, lots of spaces, extremely clean. Beach is very long, wide and clean. Full sandy beach (no rocks), smooth entrance to the sea. Excellent for kids, extremely safe.

Mattress was hard. However, I have no doubt the hotel would of swapped out upon request.

Likes include: Staff Friendly Amazing private Beach, water was warm. Kids Club for our 5 year old child, we were also able to leave our 3 year old in kids club with a Nanny provided by the hotel. Kids Splash Park pool Big Breakfast Buffet with lots of variety. Room Cleanliness Free activities on site including Petanque and giant chess. Short 5 min tuk tuk to Kata Beach markets, restaurants and shopping. 20mins to Patong.

Everything was very nice!

Location is super, hotel is beachfront and territory is big and clean with lots of pools. Rooms are clean, staff is super polite. Breakfasts are very varied and delicious. It was our second stay in this hotel and we will come back just in this hotel in Phuket.

A small problem, only that there was a bit of a moldy smell in the room and there was moisture in the wooden floor.

The hotel is not on the "main beach" (Patong) but is in a lovely area where there are also restaurants, shops, massages, etc., we took a taxi to where we needed to go. Our room was a junior suite so the room was bigger than usual, spacious bathroom and the room was right in front of the sea. The view was amazing. The hotel is very beautiful, spacious and clean. The breakfast is varied and fresh, we were only in the part of the hotel that is close to the sea and the pools were very nice, walking distance of a few steps from the stunning beach. There is a nice little gym and a room with games like billiard table and table tennis. The hotel staff was very nice.

1. Shampoo and shower gel in the bathroom were not good. 2. In the Deluxe room, there's no glass separating bathroom only blind, so you can't see but hear everything that happens there. 3. There are 7 cafes and restaurants there, and it would be great if at least one could be designated only for halal food. PS. Suites located at Beachfront where Deluxe rooms on the other side but it is not critical as it is 5 min walk. Deluxe rooms are more spacious and cozy.

There was no daytime bar in hotel main area, when rain was heavy! The street floods and facilities outdoors such as pool bars unable to get to in heavy rain! You have to wade through flood water to get to restaurants across the road in heavy rain!
