WiFi is a bit unstable, you need to find a good spot for better signal, however it was still enough for me to work from the room when I had to.

It's located right inside of the night market, so makes it super easy to try lots of different good food and fresh fruit. Despite of the market, the room I stayed in was quiet inside throughout the night. It's also within a walkable distance from Kata beach. The place also can help with bike rental at affordable price. The host is the absolute best! He goes above and beyond to make sure you have the most comfortable stay, and will give advice if you have questions on activities on the island.

Loudly night market, but it finishes till 11 p. m so after that is possible to sleep good.

Location is excellent, in the middle of everything, just nearby night market and everything you need is there, so much restaurants and stores. Room is spacious and light. Kata beach is 10 minutes walk, and Karon beach is 15 minutes light walk.The owner of hotel is very kind and helpful who will give you good advices where to go and how to get there.

I wish the room was cleaned more often and I asked this even I offered to pay extra. They clean it every 4 days but since i like to go out in the nature so much and with the temperature in Thailand it is getting dirty fast. And I wish I get a front street balcony, but these are small things, nothing to worry about.

The place is in great location, is right in the heart of Kata, you are in the middle of the market place, 10 minutes from beach, easy to hike to Big Buddha, everything close, bus, shops, restaurants you name it. The room was quite which is a big plus for me, it was also big with nice design and a balcony. You have a refrigerator to put the beers and fruits, the owner was very helpful and gave me slippers and towers for the beach. It was a great value for money.

It’s above a weed shop, never felt particularly secure as anyone can walk into the shop and up to the apartments. There’s only one simple lock on the apartment doors but the building itself is very accessible. There were a lot of flies in the room when I arrived, and the balcony had ashes on the floor from smoking. The bed was also very springy and low to the ground. The owner was mostly fine, although he didn’t offer to help with my luggage which I was clearly struggling with. There was no water on my last day which wasn’t his fault, but took me checking twice with the worker downstairs and about 90 mins until I could shower.

Good location close to beach, restaurants, convenience stores, steps away from Kata night market. Rooms are clean, spacious, and well-equipped with AC, fan, lock box, small fridge, TV, desk, large comfortable bed, good-sized bathroom, balcony, with plenty of space store baggage and hang clothing. Host speaks pretty good English and is quite knowledgeable about the area. There are hammocks, beach mats, umbrellas in lobby free to use. Well-priced drinks (espresso, beer, cocktails, etc) available in lobby on request. Reliable wifi throughout. Good value. Host also provides affordable moto rental. Recommend

The owner is soo friendly, he gave me lots of advice for traveling in Phuket. Really love the room, especially the wooden ceiling and the balcony. Perfect area just right inside the night market, but very clean, almost in the between of karon and kata, convenient to visit any of them. Definitely would come here again!

Owner is a top bloke and let me stay one hour later than checkout for free. Friendly staff. Perfect location next to walking street. Room had everything you needed and a big balcony. Great value for money and enjoyed my stay.

This place is a lie : - it is not a duplex - it is not a real room but a big veranda super hot - there is no privacy and people can see in the apartment - it is super noisy because of the market and the big street nearby - the shower doesn't work - the internet doesn't work - the shower and the sink are not lowered - there is no coffee machine - the first floor is a cannabis shop - the laptop safe is too small for a laptop - the floor was super dirty It's a lie. Do not go there. We had to leave the apartment in a middle of our trip and ask booking for refund (procedure ongoing).

very good location , 5 minutes walk to Kata beach! located right at the Kata night market. Many restaurants and bars around. Fruits good price right at the entrance! Room at the 4th floor with kitchen big bed, sofa and a lot of place to stay with kid. The owner is very hospitable and always ready to help! You can rent motorbike here right from the owner for good price!

The worst stay i have ever had, i dont know how they got the high rating but its far away from it. Smell of pee everywhere, dirty rooms, nobody clean them through the whole stay its was 8 days. No toilet paper, no clean and fresh towels. Shower is ugly with slow running water like someone is peeing on your head. For the price i paid it was too expensive Stay Away!

It's a great place, owner is super welcoming, friendly and helpful. Locstion is perfect, right next to the night market (but not noisy!), restaurants are near,7/11shop too. It takes around 5min to walk to the beach. Room was spacious and clean (a lot of space where to put stuff), bathroom was clean. Everything was really nice. You can also rent (high quality) motorbikes to go around :)

Booked two rooms through Bookings.com and it turned out to be good, the check-in process was seamless and the rooms were pretty big. No room service however you don't feel the need considering you do not spend a lot of time in the room. Rooms have good air conditioning, a comfy bed, a nice bathroom with all the facilities, and a very courteous and helpful owner. Located around 200 m from the Kata beach and right on a night walking street with plenty of street food. 7/11, fruit market and Makro are close so you do not need to worry about anything anytime. Great location. Definitely recommend staying here.

Room was smaller than expected, difficult to find initially but ok once you've actually found it, downstairs was closed but obviously due to covid 19.

Good location, plenty of nice places to eat nearby, owner was a friendly guy, easy enough to talk to and helped you out whenever needed.
