Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

AustraliaGym didn't have air-conditioning or anything to sanitise equipment with so I didn't use it.
The room was great. Lovely lounge area with a fan which made thw transition between air-conditioned bedroom and outside much less uncomfortable. Could also dry swimmers towel etc very easily. Easy walk to the beach and eateries. Good massage. Bed very comfy and decor very contemporary.

The location of the resort is great, only 10mns walk to Kata beach. Having pool access was really nice as well as the communal pool, very chilled. The staff are very friendly and helpful especially as our stay was cut short after our hotel flooded following heavy rain. The staff went above and beyond to help and accommodate all their guests in other hotels in a very short space of time. We can't thank you enough for what you did. Would definitely come back in the future and recommend it to friends in the meantime. All our best wishes for the future.

The rooms are clean, light and spacious. Love the semi private share pool right outside your room. It's located in a quiet local away from the noise of town. It's an easy walk to the centre. It's represents good value. Massage was good.

FinlandShower should have curtain, bathroom floor was going wet. Our room pool access was leading 60 cm depth pool but this was jut a minor issue.
Spacious clean room with nice terrace, comfort and quiet, good bed and pillows. Large pool area with beautiful surroundings. Option to rent motorbike from the hotel, convenient way to move around island and saving feet.

Turkey-When you reservation Like 2 adults +1child (6 years old) hotel demand extra money for bed or sofa bed for child.Only 1 king bad has in the room but I talk with hotels quest staff .They said me to its free for your convenience.^^
-Quiet good location for family almost near the kata beach by walking Max 10 mins -Pool access room is bigger than other hotel rooms -Breakfast is a lot of variety like spagetti ,noodle chicken besides egg station also good one, but no cheese selection at all I dont know why. -Hotel spa is very good its neighbour not much good spa

The staff were very friendly & welcoming and gave us an upgrade upon check in. The room we were upgraded to was amazing, spacious & super comfortable. The pool area was lovely and calm. Location to Kata beach was perfect with free shuttle provided before 5pm.

BahrainThe receptionist accused us that we broke a water glass. Humor any evidence that we broke it, I asked her do you have any evidence that we chipped it, she replied yes we checked the room before checked in, everything was perfect, and class the housekeeper took some photos of the chipped glass. Why was not broken by the housekeeper, if she was the one she has to pay. I was in a hurry, I must go to the airport, I enquired about its price, she told me 40 Baht. I told her this is not a new one and gave her 20 Baht. Their customer care is really poor.
