The breakfast area was very hot with no AC. Rooms could do with a little refresh. Would’ve been nice to have been provided a couple more bottles of water each day. Some staining on the towels, seats etc. which could do with a refresh/replacement.

Great value and lovely stay! Lovely pool and pool bar - the smoothies are amazing! The villa was also lovely and spacious with a huge bed and a large TV with Netflix. Close walk to Kata beach and easy to get a Grab to anywhere else. Quiet and tranquil, very few people around the pool at one time.

The receptionists sometimes did not even greet us when we came back, even though we said hello. There was no lactose free option during breakfast. There was one big mistake with the cleaning staff but the villa made up for it, so I am not going to mention it in detail, but that's why I am putting 2 points down.

BLU Pine was a really nice acommodation with a pool access straight from the room which was really cool to use especially at night. We appreciated free waters in the fridge everyday and a spacious room. The cleaning staff was always smiling and nice. The pool around the small villas were great and fun to use. There was shuttle going to Kata Beach for free.

The pool access was every bit as beautiful as the photos. It was generally calm and quiet. Rooms are lovely and spacious. Yummy breakfast. We kept extending our stay there!

- Although on the surface it was clean, clearly not much effort had gone into maintaining the room inbetween visits. There was lots of dust in places like windowsills and blinds, stains on bedding, limescale etc. - Breakfast was ok, lots of variety but nothing special.

- Good room size - Room style was nice - Quiet and felt relatively secluded

The motorcycle rental guy was useless unfortunately 0 people skills and just outright rude. I recommend you rent the bikes elsewhere

Cons: - It would be great if there was a shuttle to Karon or somewhere else from the hotel - even if it only went once a day. However, this is not a complaint. We loved our stay here!

Pool water was to hot to swim the pools in front of the rooms were not all connected so you couldn't order drinks from the bar the layout was a bit disconnected

Not a bad hotel the rooms are spacious, and the pool access is great, we were there in April and the pool water was so hot it was a bit unpleasant to swim. the breakfast was not to bad. there is transport provided by hotel to the main beach the set times it goes does not always fit in with your plans so a little inconvenient but the walk is not far to the beach

Location is quite far from Kata Beach, if you are not used to walk in hot weather I don’t recommend you to stay here. You have to walk at least 10 to 12 minutes to the beach back and forth, they have a shuttle truck with seats 4 times a day. 10 am, 12 pm, 2 pm and 5 pm. I didn’t work for us. We walked all the time. Breakfast is poor.

Pool Access village was the plus in this hotel. Room was big enough and the floor is quickly dry since you walk from the pool to the room all the time. Amenities ok.

I feel like the pool could have been cleaned more frequently, but obviously being surrounded by trees I can understand this can't be pristine 24/7.

The room was cleaned every day. They do a really quick turnover for room service & the staff is available to help for pretty much anything. You can do laundry there, massages, book a bike, book activities, etc. 10/10 recommend.
