The only thing is that the breakfast dining room is about 50m away from the hotel itself - we've been caught out in the rain and had to run back but other than that, which isn't a big deal.

The property is fantastic for families - there are a few pools, the grounds are well kept and I loved that we had a villa and a regular room for our family. The villa was great because it had a kitchenette so I could wash and sterilize my baby bottles - there was also a good sized fridge to store my milk. The regular room was great as well - comfortable beds and spacious. The service is outstanding and the hotel staff are super nice and attentive - the housekeeping is good and they're fast to bring things when you need them. The hotel is in a great area of Kata - a 10 minute walk to the beach but loads of restaurants, cafes, bars and places to have your laundry done - I loved our stay.

The shared swim up pool was great for socialising with our fellow travellers. The breakfast had a broad range of options suiting all tastes and there were lots of good restaurants within easy walking distance. The shuttle bus to Kata Beach was good. The concierge was excellent at providing advice and arranging trips and entertainment for us.

Everything. It was the best choice !!! The complex is so beautiful and perfect and the staff is more than 10*. Pine trees , lots of vegetation and the birds singing in the morning. So quiet even though is in quite central location. We were going walking to Kata beach! And centre. Good breakfast too!!! Shuttle service, Massages on site. Great pool and pool bar that we used a lot for dinners too. It’s So amazing ! So good value for money. We had three Villas and it couldn’t have been better for our family. I highly recommend.

The breakfast area was very hot with no AC. Rooms could do with a little refresh. Would’ve been nice to have been provided a couple more bottles of water each day. Some staining on the towels, seats etc. which could do with a refresh/replacement.

Great value and lovely stay! Lovely pool and pool bar - the smoothies are amazing! The villa was also lovely and spacious with a huge bed and a large TV with Netflix. Close walk to Kata beach and easy to get a Grab to anywhere else. Quiet and tranquil, very few people around the pool at one time.

The receptionists sometimes did not even greet us when we came back, even though we said hello. There was no lactose free option during breakfast. There was one big mistake with the cleaning staff but the villa made up for it, so I am not going to mention it in detail, but that's why I am putting 2 points down.

BLU Pine was a really nice acommodation with a pool access straight from the room which was really cool to use especially at night. We appreciated free waters in the fridge everyday and a spacious room. The cleaning staff was always smiling and nice. The pool around the small villas were great and fun to use. There was shuttle going to Kata Beach for free.

The pool access was every bit as beautiful as the photos. It was generally calm and quiet. Rooms are lovely and spacious. Yummy breakfast. We kept extending our stay there!

- Although on the surface it was clean, clearly not much effort had gone into maintaining the room inbetween visits. There was lots of dust in places like windowsills and blinds, stains on bedding, limescale etc. - Breakfast was ok, lots of variety but nothing special.

Cons: - It would be great if there was a shuttle to Karon or somewhere else from the hotel - even if it only went once a day. However, this is not a complaint. We loved our stay here!

Pool water was to hot to swim the pools in front of the rooms were not all connected so you couldn't order drinks from the bar the layout was a bit disconnected

Not a bad hotel the rooms are spacious, and the pool access is great, we were there in April and the pool water was so hot it was a bit unpleasant to swim. the breakfast was not to bad. there is transport provided by hotel to the main beach the set times it goes does not always fit in with your plans so a little inconvenient but the walk is not far to the beach
