Nothing in particular, the dinner/lunch menus were only okay, and the bar service was only okay. However, options are around to walk to.

Good size room, welcoming staff. Right beside the beach made it easy to go in and out . Room was kept cool with Air con and tinted windows. Fresh towels could be changed for the pool/beach. Breakfast had decent options

There was the usual issues with people going out at the crack of dawn to put their towels on sunloungers to reserve them but then not use them for a lot of the day.

The location was perfect! Right on the beach with watersports and bars and then with all the restaurants and shops out the front. The pool area was great and the restaurants and bars on the resort were good.

We paid for a room with ocean view, unfortunately the walls are paper thin and our room was connected through doors to the two neighboring rooms so we could hear absolutely everything through the walls. We ended up getting downgraded to a room on the ground floor.

The hotel and location are beautiful, right in front of a gorgeous beach.

The breakfast lacked variation and the A/C is quite loud (even on the lowest setting)

The location is fantastic and the staff is super helpful. Wifi is fast and access to the beach is great. Sunbeds also facing the beach are a great plus

I would like to see better cleaning of balcony because no one paid attention on it.

The staff. Especially the reception staff are helpfull but they are not smiling. The English level of all the staff are very poor although they help you their face tell that they do not want to work. Wifi coverage is limited at the pool area. Totally the hotel is a bit old fashioned

Location is good ar Kata and near the sea. And i actually chose the hotel since it is near the sea. The view of the room is perfect.

Wonderful,quiet, beach front location, surrounded with few great coffee shops, restaurants,etc. Amazing beach! Nice resort grounds, great pool. Good breakfast. Very friendly, happy, efficient and helpful staff. Front desk,manager was extremely helpful and accommodating .Loved her calm nature:)

Rooms are a bit outdated and some (we booked the Deluxe Premier Room) are connected rooms, probably good to manage during booking to avoid it (not really visible on room pictures). We were lucky to have quiet neighbors.

Breakfast was very good a lot of options, i would say best breakfast out of other hotels we stayed at in Phuket province. Staff is very helpful, solving everything promptly. The location is great, right at Kata beach.
