Recent rains had taken a layer of sand off the beach so it was fairly hard and not comfortable to walk or relax on. The room was not properly clean for example the floor was sticky and still had traces of sand on it.

For a very humid smelly room a2109 I would have expected air freshener and mosquito repellent .

Proximity to the beach is really enjoyable for a restful stay . The breakfast buffet has a lot of choices and the restaurants on site are good .

We were not offered the rooms we booked, which was a massive issue for us. We paid for sea-view rooms and they tried to give us some ground floor pool rooms under the 'they're actually sea view rooms' lie. Eventually they switched one of the rooms to the correct one because we were travelling with a child, but this meant that we couldn't have closeby rooms as requested. They told us they have no other availability, but we saw next to our new room two empty rooms cleaned by cleaners, so clearly there was availability. So we paid for the sea-view rooms, but one of the rooms given was clearly a cheaper one. On top of this, our room was full of ants during the entire stay. It was really dirty and we complained about the ants many times, but they couldn't do anything about it. They also tried to charge us the price of almost a full-night stay when we requested 2h late checkout, which was ridiculous. Overall, terrible customer service and they clearly overbook the hotel and then try to give worse rooms.

The hotel is nice and in very close proximity of the beach. There are a lot of nice restaurants, bars, and shopping options outside the hotel, which makes it a great location. The kids club is nice for kids (though no supervision there).

Cleaning passages next to room (I.e. we had to walk past cleaning storage and trolleys etc to get to our room) and quite average breakfast. The demographic is older which is absolutely fine but we weren’t aware.

Beautiful view and sunset, beach access, location, pool, tidy basic room and well kept facilities.

Our room with pool was the last one. There was no privacy with workers, and we could smell the drains. Maybe a small fence to cover. It is hard to explain to some of the staff in English. Went to order lunch in the restaurant but was told I didn't have a wristband. Was told I can not order food . Did not know about wristbands, and staff didn't tell me about them. Went outside for lunch instead.

Breakfast had no variety. Pool water was very warm, we understand that temperatures were higher than normal for that time of the year. There is no where to sit, other than on the bed or the desk chair or in the bay window inside the room. The room was big enough to accommodate a small coffee table and 2 chairs.

Close to everything. Pool, beach, shops, taxis. Staff were very helpful. Design and layout of the property was very good.

The pool was very hot think it's to shallow so heats up quick the sea was cooler. The space at the pool was to small for deck chairs we had to go onto the beach which is not a problem but you have to pay for the chairs. There was never enough bacon you always had to wait no matter what time we go there.

The soft beds, staff were friendly, the fact that you could see them improving the hotel working on place that needs upgrading. The beach was fantastic.

The temperature of the pool gave no relief from the heat. It was way too hot. Breakfast was average and chose to eat elsewhere. Have a policy to remove people’s belongings after not occupying sun beds for an hour. Was never enforced and beds were taken very early in the morning with no show for several hours.

The location was great, size of room, comfy bed.

For such a big breakfast buffet there was an astonishing small amount of fresh cut fruit which is really surprising since this is Thailand.
