Seating in the living area. Only one seat in the 3 seater couch was usable as the base under the other two seats was broken. The couch and single chair were very low to the ground making them difficult to get out of. A tea towel, sponge and dishwashing liquid would have been useful in the kitchen. Air-conditioning struggled to lower the room temperatures to below mid-20 degrees Celcius.

The breakfast was very average, we felt it catered mainly towards the Chinese guests of which there were many of them but the staff at breakfast did a fantastic job.

The room was spacious, comfortable and clean, the beach was a just across the road, the pool was perfect. O'Reilly's Irish Bar attached to the hotel was brilliant, all of the staff were fantastic and very welcoming and they served great food, the roof top bar was excellent. Would definitely recommend you give them a try.

The location was exceptional, especially the close proximity to beach and smart bus. We also really enjoyed the shower and bathtub both being available when suit our needs.

We asked for laundry service, which we were not told the cost until it was too late. We didn’t realise we had to leave a deposit of 1000 thb per person, which cut down our spending money. We asked for a late checkout of 5 hours they couldn’t accommodate us, we had to pay 1500 thb.

For 3 people the room was comfortable, beach was 2 min walk, breakfast had good verity. The people were very friendly.

The room could use an update, the toilet kept blocking, and the room smelt of mould. The staff were good up until we were checking out. Once we checked out, they became quite rude and refused to help me book a taxi.

The location was very good, across from the beach and close to shops and restaurants. We had a pool access room, which was good. Price is good for the location and what you get.

Didn’t really have anything to complain about.

Arrived very early after travelling all night and thankfully by midday the hotel had our room ready which was a relief in the heat. It was our anniversary and they had decorated the bed. Staff all very pleasant and friendly. Location very good, across the road from the beach and close to bars and restaurants. Breakfast was ok but as it seems in most hotels it was a bit repetitive. The hotel was good value for money.

We were moved into a 3BR apartment rather than 3 rooms which was supposed to be an upgrade. The apartment was nice but had 2 bathrooms rather than the 3 we would have had in 3 rooms and it was above a pub that opened at 10am and closed late so was quite noisy. The air con wasn't working properly in the living areas and so it was warm inside. The main master bedroom was great with spacious walk in and spa bath but the 2 other rooms very average and one was very dark and like a box

Breakfasts were good, however, they could have put smoke prevention system. No coffee/bar on a premises. Chairs at the swimming pool are pretty tired. Overall, furniture in the hotel needs a replacement. Hotel does not give an impression of a modern or new.

It's conveniently location next to the beach and main area of shops and restaurants. The room is spacious though somewhat "tired". The beach is nice with long promenade.

the beach is across the street and they charge 200 baht for deckchairs and umbrellas and they are falling apart. When they are already charging, they should renew the furniture on the beach. The beach is wonderful with fine sand and clean sea

The location is excellent, as soon as you leave the hotel, you come across many restaurants selling street food, which is a cheap and delicious store, pharmacy. The breakfast is good and the staff is friendly.

Rooms could perhaps be slightly more sound proofed especially from above, but it may have just been unfortunate we were staying in a room under someone who stomped across the floor. Not a deal breaker though and none of my other family in other rooms complained of this. Would have also been useful to split the bill when paying by room (even those within the same booking).

The wifi was inconsistent. Check-in was chaotic- it transpired that our room had been given away and we ended up in an adjoining room where soundproofing was not great. Cleaning wasn’t done one day until we requested it.

Excellent location- 2 min walk to the beach and close to very good restaurants. Breakfast was very good with a good choice of food. Eggs made to order and rye bread available.
