The sofas inside and outdoors were very stylish but extremely uncomfortable so found there was no where to sit and relax. The outdoor furniture had lots of cigarette burns.

Great location 10 mins walk into the village 20 mins to the beach. Fantastic villa with 4 great sized bedrooms each with an en-suite. Excellent staff that cleaned the villa daily and were very helpful with any request.

There were some ants around but other than that it was perfect!

It looked exactly as it did in the photos, slightly better than expected. The staff were on hand to help with anything big or small and it was serviced like a hotel - towels changed, beds made, all areas cleaned which we were not expecting.

The location is a little far from the beach and the town. Its about 15-20 min walk and the walk back up is uphill. We knew this already from all the other reviews. The towels are not changed daily. Maybe if you request this they might do it but we didn't request to have the towels changed. Other than that this place was awesome!

The Villa was amazing. We had booked the Chuan Chom Villa. there were 5 of us and we had 3 bedroom with queen size beds. Nam was exceptionally helpful with all our needs. Book your bikes, car, airport transfers, taxi etc from the Vila itself. The rates are very reasonable. The Vila was quiet and the pool was great as well. They will come and clean the place daily.

Nice villa in a compound with a few other villas.There are different villas so look carefully wich one you want to book,they match perfect with the photo's. Everything necessary is in the villa and the staff is really helpful,helped us with different things! Location is oke you walk in 10min to the main street and the beach.

Very spacious villa in great condition. The pool is like in the photos, 15m long cleaned and maintained daily just like the villa. The staff is incredibly kind and helpful even outside of working hours. They are a great example of Thai hospitality. Highly recommended.

Incredible villa.only change would be to close up the bamboo area so no one can see into the pool area and get through.

Location is not the best for people with mobility issues as the villa is situated around 15mins walk into town. Will need to take taxis or rent a vehicle.

Wonderful and attentive hostess. Any questions and issues were addressed immediately. House was cleaned everyday. Beautiful, spacious and safe villa close to amenities. Great value if you are travelling with family and a group of friends.

Amazing ,so spacious and comfortable. Everyone had there own space which is needed when you are on a long holiday. Outside pool area was amazing too. Nam was friendly and available to organize tuk tuks and transport r tours. Thanks Nam

The location was near to the patong beach, near local market, near the grocery store. Staff was very kind and helpful, they gave us all what need (informations, tourism, transportation, etc) If i am coming back to Phuket i will book again and again

There is a washing machine but no dryer. Would have liked towels changed more often ( they change them every three days) Was really difficult to find places open for breakfast as almost all don’t open till 11am. Would have liked the option to have breakfast provided at the Villa.

Very stylish decor, ensuites for each bedroom, great sized pool, full sized kitchen. Comfortable beds and large bedrooms. Great size for a family or couples. We were two couples and had plenty of room. Easy walk to the Main Street, although there are a couple of small hills. A stroller/pram would be easy to push as roads are in good condition. We ordered regular tuk tuks and grabs and had no trouble getting transport. Great Airconditioning throughout. Not a negative at all but not within comfortable walking distance to the beach, but only a few minutes by car. Beach is lovely. We loved our stay here.

Nice Villa for group trip and gathering. The private Villa is well equipped with everything you need for a nice stay (kitchen small appliances, dinnerware, towels and beach towels, toiletteries and safe boxes). Check-in and check-out process was easy.

If there is a group of noisy tourists who want to party in a neighbouring villa, it will definitely affect your sleep. We could not reach anybody from management late that night and we had to firmly tell the noisy people to stop. In a hotel, we would have been able to contact management. Most tourists are quiet but this is the risk. Karon Beach Pool Villa should have staff available 24/24 for this kind of issues.

The villa was spacious. Both the villa and the swimming pool were very clean. Shopping street is 10 mn walking. Staff is nice. The washing machine was convenient. Note that the place is a group of 8 villas. Some pictures are taken from the 4-bedrooms villas and some pictures are from the 3-bedrooms villas.

Inside the villa was a little tired! Chipped kitchen units, hole behind the tv where the plug was meant to be, nets and curtains had a few stains on missing matched bedside lamps. Pool was lovely but pumps not working properly and one was cracked so dangerous if you stood on it. Also, towards the end of the stay a large crowd of very loud Russians who kept us up three nights in a row after we asked them the keep it down! They did stop shirt we messaged the owner and she spoke to them. Also, a little panicked when we were asked for cash for the remainder of the bill which we were not aware of! Fortunately after messaging the owner we managed to get bank details and transfer

Nothing hugely, we’d 100% stay again. The only two things we’d perhaps slightly change was firstly I think the property could do with some slightly more homely touches- the kitchen/living area felt a bit bare, and the only other thing was that the morning of check out about 6 members of staff came into check the place before we left- we werent quite ready to go, still needed to go to the toilet and we just felt it felt a bit intrusive and rushed. I understand they needed to check the place before we left, but there were so many staff all coming in at once that it felt a bit of an intense departure. They are only very small points though, we loved our stay and would absolutely stay again!

The property is set in a great location on a quieter road but still only 10 minutes or so from Karon and all its facilities. It’s also very clean and modern touches, and we loved the private pool. The beds were super comfy and they provided lots of towels. They also saw we were travelling with children on our arrival and a man came back with some balls and toys for them to play with in the pool which I thought was nice. The staff were friendly and the villa felt very safe too.
