Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. Nice hotel with great facilities. The two pools were excellent for escaping the intense heat. Staff were friendly and helped us to hire a moped for the duration of our stay. The gym was a nice added bonus albeit very hot! Unlike some other hotels in Thailand there were plenty of beanbags and sun loungers to enjoy and the pool never felt crowded. The rooms were spacious and had a good ac. The location is next to lots of good restaurants.

United KingdomNo restaurant, food or drinks etc served at hotel so have to go out for breakfast etc. Luckily lots of restaurants nearby within walking distance.
Staff were all lovely, room was clean and spacious and right by the pool. Pool itself was perfect for families. Great location, close to restaurants and the beach.

Mamanog is the owner and she made our stay perfect. The rooms were clean, with amazing views of the sunset. The bed was the best we stayed in whilst we were in thailand. Loved ever second of our stay. soooo helpful with excursions and helped us with our private taxi to Krabi. We will be back! x

Good location and nicely designed little resort with boutique feel and spacious room. Nice pool area to chill. Great breakfast place across road called Lazy Bird but it gets busy and few tables and service can be slow - but food is amazing and worth the wait! Also nice breakfast on the beach at The Hope. Pangaea bar on Long Beach is great for sunset drinks and party on a Tuesday night with good music / DJs. Sanctuary Bar on Long Beach also good for sun downers!

NetherlandsWhen we first arrived it turned out that the deluxe room we booked did not have an extra large bed (as booked) but just a normal one. We are both tall and therefore sleep better in a bigger bed. They showed us a different room but same size bed. We ended up staying in one of the bungalows which did have an extra large bed, happy they could solve it this way. Breakfast is at the cafe next door where you can choose between several menus. It is actually cheaper to pay this on the spot then to include this in your reservation. Food was good though.
Small scale facility, friendly staff who are very helpful. Location is good, close to the beach and several cafes.

Very clean and tidy bungalow. Nice swimming pools. Walking distance to beach and restaurants. Staff were very friendly and helpful. The owner of the restaurant that we had breakfast was very polite and calm. Big bedroom and patio. Tea and coffee were provided. They can arrange tours, transportation and bikes rental. Highly recommended

We booked a family room for three and the room we were given there was a big double bed and just another mattress on the floor for the third person. We had to complain and be quite pushy to get anything done about it. Eventually we were offered another room after the first night. The second room was great and as advertised.
Once in the room we booked it was great, very comfy, spacious and clean. Right by the smaller pool which was lovely.

CanadaBooking indicates we could pay by VISA but receptionist said cash only which we were not anticipating. We had booked a bungalow but were told no bungalow was available so we were being upgraded to a sea view room. This was not an upgrade as prices were the same. Property appeared to have overbooked the bungalows. Room cleaning was nicely done but room cleaning at 530 pm is far too late. Housekeeping staff were great but insufficient numbers of staff. Lovely breakfasts for a good price on the main road and at beach shacks. Pinky’s charges more for breakfasts than any 5 star resort.
Nice pools, comfortable room and bed, clean, good location but off the beach. Very convenient laundry service. Reception helpful with regard to booking transport. Pleasant stay.

Pool area is amazing as well as the staff. Great that they have a little gym area too. Rooms are very spacious and a short stroll to the beach with some beautiful sunsets. Appreciated the pool towels too

United KingdomThe aircon had a fault on the first day but this was fixed within 8 hours so didn’t really affect our stay - we didn’t drive mopeds so this would have enhanced our stay but it’s our personal choice not to, plenty of tuktuks and songthaew available all hours to take you where you need to go though.
So relaxing. Loved this place, felt very well looked after by mama Nong. The pools were brilliant and as we had some injuries nothing was too much trouble to help us. Thai Smile restaurant next door was delicious with very friendly staff and one of the best Thai curry’s I’ve had across Thailand in the last 6 weeks. The cleaning staff were the highlight as they were so friendly and brightened our day with big smiles and jokes together. We loved it so much that we will return in April and be able to take more advantage of the facilities as we couldn’t swim due to injuries. We had the loveliest room with two balconies and daily views of the sunset which we weren’t expecting. Only a 5 min walk to the beach and the beach front was so chilled. Very couple and family vibe but that’s what we wanted after some hectic days in Phi phi.
