You can hear the guests next to you use the toilet and shower. Staff members walk around with their walkie talkies turned up as loud as they can go all through the night. No volume limit to the TV. Advertised as balcony but you can only fit one person, more of a smoking stand up area.

Modern hotel with a comfortable bed and clean rooms. Central location. Staff, especially the security guy was lovely.

Restaurant. The servers appeared to be unfamiliar with the concept of an espresso coffee and mistakenly brought me a long black. Additionally, the family room had an open toilet, which I found unappealing. The air conditioning in the kids' room was not functioning, and when I inquired about it, I was informed that it had been turned off for safety reasons. However, this resulted in the room becoming excessively hot. And for a solution, they provided me with a stand fan. All other rooms are very good.

The hotel is precisely as shown in the photographs. The staff members are exceptionally friendly and accommodating. I plan to return with my family in the future. The rooms are spotless, and the beds are extremely comfortable. I especially enjoyed the beds. I wholeheartedly recommend this hotel. It is situated in close proximity to the beach.

What is advertised as ‘balcony’ is in fact 1m2. Not what you call a balcony normally. Good for a standup smoke. That’s all

The room had one small division (with a door) where the kids slept. The problem is that the A/C is not working on that division which is not comfortable... We were informed that the A/C was shut down in this part of the room for all family rooms... Even with the door open, it becomes too hot...

Breakfast is perfect! Location of the hotel is available for all needs like reaching the beach, transportation, restaurants and so on... Staff is helping and friendly. Rooms and all areas are clean... We preferred to eat at the hotel's restaurant and whatever we tried was satisfying. Pool area has the seaview with also beautiful sunset...

Although the buffet breakfast offered a lot, there was not a wide variety.

It is conveniently situated by the Karon beach. There are plenty of shops, restaurants and etc. around. The staff was hospitable and attentive. Good food, excellent service at affordable prices. Specious and clean rooms, marvelous swimming pool.

A lot of russian people in the hotel is the biggest disadvantage. The cleaning service could more accurate, especially cleaning the bathroom.

The hotel is really nice, comfortable and new. The stuff is super helpful and friendly. I even get the flower spray for International Womens' Day. Bed was huge and very comfortable - one minus it were two joined beds so it was a gap in the middle. Small but comfortable bathroom. Tasty breakfasts. Two bottles of water everyday in the room - in glass, reused bottles, so plus for sustainablity. Very good localization.

The swimming pool area got full quick ,but was OK because karon beach is 5 minutes away.

Smart new hotel rooms were clean and comfortable, the staff were all pleasant, it was in a great location for the beach and restaurants ,would definitely stay again.

Great location, a few minutes from the beach ( 3 minutes ) very clean hotel and rooms are big and confortable. Roof top pool was nice and not crowded, and the street markets and bars/restaurants are just in front of the hotel . Despite this we didn’t hear any noise from the street or bars and had a good rest . The staff is great and helpful!

Breakfast was not the best. Some food items were not fresh and quite limited choice. Was quite noisy at night with loud music coming from live music from nearby restaurants/bars.

The location of the hotel was very good, served with stores and restaurant a stone throw away. Staff were always very helpful and available 24hrs a day. Room was of a decent size, and included all required amenities.
