Food in the area is atrocious and expensive. Couldn’t find any decent Thai food, mainly tasteless foreigner food.

Mosquitos doors slam, loud neighbors

It was an okay place. You could hear everything thru the walls. The front desk is rarely there. But once checked in pretty chill place. Large room hot water close to beach. Bring mosquito spray

Pillows were not good, no covers. Need a more clean environment. Also, the left side road of Jardin is very dirty.

Everything is okay.. the owner is very kindly... The staff doesn't help to reach the hotel.. i was called many times but they attend the call and said don't know and cut my call. Even my driver spoke thai language.. even they didn't give the location details... Then i asked someone they helped to reach.... While i reached hotel reception. the staff's are sleeping... It's very disappointed... Otherwise everything is okay...

I had a great stay at Hotel Jardin. The location is very proximate to the beach and calm environments. There are some good pubs nearby. Doesn't have complimentary breakfast but there is a nearby restaurant for having breakfast. The owner is very friendly and caring and i got the room with a nice balcony view from her. I recommend this hotel!

Well located. 5mn walking to Jomtien beach, and 15mn walking from Jomtien bus station. There is a little balcony in tghe room, very convenient to dry bath suit

Everything good However the hotel attracted a very creepy fellow. Every time I closed my door he would go onto the balcony and Spy on me !!! This happened On Several occasions over three days

== Service: Very friendly hostess and their cats! :) Standard cleaning. But when I’ve check-in rooms was not very clean. == Additions: Nothing. == Overall: When the hotel could be called nice and tidy, suppose one of the best price/quality/location ratio... But the one global problem spoil everything: Pattaya-Jomtien – mass garbage, very very many dogs which becomes dangerous at evening and night, dirty beaches and very dirty water in the sea!! Thus, when I was at Pattaya at April the most people prefer to swim at pools… but this hotel does not have pool. Also view from the window of my room was really disgusting. So, when hotel is pretty cute inside, the main problem of this hotel – is not the hotel itself, but is very dirty Pattaya-Jomtien outside. Thus, it’s very hard to give a good rating to place where is dangerous to walk around, sometimes disgusting to look, and most important - swimming with pleasure is impossible. Maybe at season start like October-November situation at Jomtien is better and water is cleaner? Not sure.

Many cafes and massage salons around. == Esthetic: Nothing special, just neat. == View from the window and noise around: View from the windows is very differ – some to the small road, some to courtyard, some to garbage dump of neighbors. But noise is similar – just some little not very distracting noise. Soundproofing between rooms is moderate also corridor is pretty audible but it’s not very many people there. == Quality: Elevator is absent. At one side all what I’ve get at this hotel was good. Room is big. Wardrobe was very big. All electronics was new and works well – conditioner, refrigerator, TV, etc. All furniture is nice and made from a real wood. Bathroom seems new, suppose recently renovated. The only 3 small complains to hotel rooms itself: too cheap plastic chairs; a little dangerous bed headboard; a little poor ventilation because of a 1 small window, but because hotel is small and quite you can open the door a little. At shower 2 hoses was swapped incorrectly.

There was no hair dryer, and there was not any soap for hand washing in the bathroom. There was also nothing to dry the water from the ground after we showered (no shower curtain). Some bits of floor were also dusty, so best to bring slippers. There was a washing machine coin operated but no dryer. Staying in 3rd floor for the triple single bedroom was a bit hard for my mother to travel up and down. More toilet paper in the bathroom would be greatly appreciated.

Upon asking we were provided cups for drinks. Owner was flexible to let us stay one extra night. Price for stay was very good. 2/3 days we stayed, they places bottle of waters for us. Walls were clean and the bar fridge and TV worked well. Internet was super fast (5G). Staff were very friendly and helpful. Secure and safe area to stay near to the beach. The toilet in th bathroom also had a water hose.
