Shame there wasn’t a fridge in the room for cold water but there are several 7eleven shops a stones throw away

Only one type of room has a mini Fridge (I had some medicine to keep cold) and had to upgrade my room (300B per day more. Not expensive but can be a bother if you expect a mini fridge) The remote of Aircon in my room did not work. The AC was turned on and off by placing your key card in power slot. It was set to a very low setting and at night I got really cold. Lucky I had a second bed and used its blanket on top of mine. The lady at reception tried to help but it was not really solved. I guess better to have it stuck ON in OFF.

Location is GREAT ! Right in the centre. Quick 5min walk to Pier and maybe 8 min walk the other beach with the fire show. Very very clean! Beds were comfortable.

Juni was really friendly and helpful, she gave us food recommendations and helped us book a snorkelling tour with a really great company. Basic room had no fridge or windows but it was what we paid for and was no problem at all.

Air con right in your face. There is no bedside table or lamp. TV is just disturbing since it's on the side of the bed and no chair or couch to watch it.

Our bedroom was facing the main street so there was some outdoor noise early in the morning, although it can't really be helped.

The bed was very hard but clean and only one night.

The location in Phi Phi Don was great with no concern for outdoor noise. The staff were so welcoming and friendly. We were overwhelmed by how lovely and talkative they all were - so nice. The room was large with good space for luggage. Very powerful air con. Good shower.

Great location. Only couple minutes walk from pier, practical for backpackers. Food market, cafe, boulangerie, restaurants, bars, super market and dive shops are all next door. June was very helpful and always smiling, gave us practical information and recommendations. WiFi is efficient. Great value for money:)

- the shower constantly changed pressure and temperature and as the room was so small it was difficult to get a good shower - we found the host to sometimes be over friendly, we encountered an issue and we felt the way it was dealt with was unprofessional although the issue was resolved quickly

- central location (although phi phi is small so most probably are) but was always quite at night - functional room, bed was comfy - the host provided good information about tours and restraints - for phi phi the accommodation was okay value but still somewhat expensive for the quality of the accommodation

Great location - you can walk to many restaurants, the beach and anything else you could need! The room is minimal but is set with your basic necessities, and it good for short term stays. The best part in my opinion was the staff! Unfortunately I didn’t get her name, but the lady that works at the front desk was wonderful! She was so helpful and knows the island extremely well. She is always making sure you are being taken care of! Great customer service!!!

It’s clean, very close to the ferry area, it’s in the middle of all restaurants and stores but you don’t hear the noise of the parties during the night. The lady at the front desk is kind and friendly.

No fridge, no kattle, no glasses, no bowls, you can't make yourself breakfast or keep food in the room. Also, the room did not have a window, and the twin beds were so close to each other. Furthermore, when friends book a room, there should be two keys because they may not want to be together all the time.

The location and the staff were more than awesome. The reception took care about everything (unfortunately, I don't remember her name). The location is the best, just 5 minutes walk from the pier and from the beach, in front of the hotel there is a street market with lots of delicious food. The beds were big and comfortable, but unfortunately, too close to each other. This accommodation is pretty affordable comparing to the other accommodations on the island, so as someone said in the comments - you get what you paid for.

A bit noisy from the street, so if you want quiet place on the island then you need to look something away from the center.

Good locations close to the pier. Room was nice enough for that price. I think perfect for people, who like to party and go on a boat tours.

I recently stayed at this hotel and was impressed by the cleanliness and spaciousness of the rooms. The location is excellent, offering easy access to nearby attractions. However, it's worth noting that while they provide bath towels, hand towels were not provided. Overall, a comfortable and well-located stay.
