Staff was frendly, room was big enough and comfy and the location is perfect

There is nothing much not to like, the hotel is well located and the owner and staff are so welcoming. Not too sure about the wifi was slow connecting, so I used my data instead.

Breakfast was not included, but I had breakfasts at a luxury resort few doors away also overlooking Cheong Mun ocean that offered all you can eat breakfast for 300 BTH. The room I stayed in was as expected, dated but was kept clean at all time. The owner and staff were always friendly and willing to help. I even got a motor bike ride from the owner's sister-in-law to one of my outdoor activities. Thank you Sugar!

Location is what you are paying for- PLUS the price and the staff are great- restaurant etc and on the beach. Its perfect if you want to keep a tight budget and be on a fantastic beach. I would stay here again and again,

the beach is facing a stony part if the swimming area so you have to really be careful not to get cuts on your feet by going around the sandy part. it is also bery close to the bar and if you don’t like noise and sound coming from the bar you have to ask them to lower the sound. The food is expensive so we had to go out to the main road to eat cheap. It is also far away from the main pier back to the mainland so be ready to hire songteaw which will be costly if you don’t know the real price. we opt to rent a bike because it is very far from the Central Samui

-Mattress too bouncy, so you feel every movement of your partner - no sun-blocking curtains in the upper room so it gets very hot if you dont leave the aircon on constantly - personel in the restaurant not very Attentate

Budget room so you get what you pay for here - slightly dated room but still a lovely property with great staff so would definitely stay here again.

The location of this property is amazing for the price. Essentially you are staying right on the beach, which is beautiful. There is a shop close by. There are also lots of lovely restaurants and bars right on the beach front. The room is a budget room, but it was nice for the price we paid. The staff were very friendly and accommodating.

unfortunately the mini market had to close because of Covid, not to worry though, you can walk in 5 minutes to the main road to 7/11.

it’s on the beach, the young lady who is the owner is super friendly, very good at her job and does everything she can 🙏😊 beautiful at night for a walk down the beach looking at all the lights and fire shows in the different resorts. she also shuttled me to the airport for a very good price.

The restaurant staff is absolutely unfriendly and rough. Right behind the house is a dirty, very bad smelling pond.

The establishment is alright, you get what you pay for. Located directly at the most beautiful beach.

We didn’t get exactly the room we booked. we don’t like the position of the air conditioner-straight to your head + didn’t work properly. there was noise from the room next to( washing dishes). quite bad moldy smell

waiter staff don’t understand menu for ordering hour for food to come out chicken skewer satay 4 pieces of chicken with chilli sauce. thought it was a salad skewer dish. her proud a Sauce kid cap out with peanut sauce. asked for fries he took 30 mins to bring them out in empty restaurant night before chicken green curry came full bowl of large veg and 4 pieces chicken on top I’m not vegi !! the menu choice is bland snacks and burgers pizzas be great.
