Fantastic staff who were very accommodating and helpful. We moved rooms to be nearer the animals which wasn’t a problem. Food was excellent and not expensive. The day tour the next day was brilliant and we were able to get up close to see the tigers. Our guide Eddy was knowledgeable and sweet. The bed was SO comfortable and we wanted to stay an extra night but unfortunately they were fully booked

This was our 2nd stay at I Love Phants in just over 12 months and both times it has been amazing! I would definitely highly recommend and the lodges are amazing. Food is also really good and good value. We also did the full day tour on both visits and this is very worthwhile and informative and is a must if you are looking at visiting.

Loved everything! All the staff, our terrific guide Natalie, the food, the tour.

We stayed in Bungalow 2 and from our wonderful living area, could see one of the gibbon islands with them swinging from the trees and making their distinctive whooping sounds in the morning. First morning when we awoke we saw three elephants meandering towards the lodge.

The bathroom could have been cleaner. As it was open topped, the floor was covered in dead leaves.

The tour of the sanctuary was very good, with a highly knowledgeable guide.

Our stay here has been the best experience in our entire Thailand trip. Make sure to not miss the day trip, it is a lifetime experience and you will learn a lot about the rescue center and the animals. Our tour guide Natalie was fantastic and a very kind soul. I hope to have the opportunity to see this place again one day.

An experience not to be missed! You can see elephants and monkeys from your room and from the pool. Excellent food and staff. Absolutely you have to make the full day tour with a guide in the wildlife friends foundation where you can see rescued animals and feed the elephants

This place was amazing! It's not a 5 star resort by any means but if you want to watch elephants roaming free and happy whilst having a great thai dinner then is is the place. Pool was great as well.

The inside of the kitchen cupboards were dusty but this is a very minor point and to be expected with outdoor living. We also missed having a freezer compartment to store ice.

We had a wonderful stay at I love Phants. We were upgraded to a 2 bedroom villa with views of the elephants and a family of gibbons. The rooms were very comfortable and the kitchen was well equipped. All the staff were friendly and very helpful. Dinner was delicious. We enjoyed walking around the areas where the animals live. Edwin and his team have done a great job in rescuing these animals and giving them a new lease of life.

No tea and coffee maker in the room Pool looked hazy Not easy to get taxi from the stay, but owner made a call and helped us, very grateful

Amazing to see so many animals being rescued and cared for in a totally ethnical way, no chains and hooks used on the elephants. Room was good and great views. Book of how it all has come about is a great read. Tour was very informative well worth the money

We stayed the weekend Fri-Sunday - others joined for one night or as day guests. Experience for sure is best with a bit of extra time.

As one of the largest wildlife rescue centers in Thailand (and SEA?) this is a special place and absolute must see - incredible experience! The premises are very big and thoughtfully set up, the animals and human guests are very well taken care of. We booked the full-day tour for afternoon/next morning because our kids‘ patience wanes after some hours. We particularly liked the gibbons islands and huge elephant enclosure, and learning about the species and their lives from the volunteers. Recommend to stay at the lodge for families and elderly guests, as other rooms can be quite far.

Being able to look at the open area with elephants roaming around happily, gibbons swinging in the trees and calling out and a wide range of birds flying in and out just made staying in the Mountain view room all I had hoped for.
