Beautiful view from our large, comfortable room. Good sized pool to relax in after a day of touring. Lovely friendly hosts, Easy walk to local restaurants at local prices.

Our only complaint is the prices of the food and drinks weren’t great. Too expensive, well above standard prices. Also the scooter rental, was terrible. (Blown out rear shock, bad breaks, low break fluid, wheel bearings work out and broken clasps on helmets - overall should not be rented out to anyone)

A beautiful oasis slightly out of town, would highly recommend! The grounds are beautifully kept, the rooms are very clean and comfortable. If you don’t eat on site and don’t need a scooter this is a great place!

Nothing! It was an amazing stay!

This was the best place we stayed in Thailand by far! We absolutely loved our time at Homestay Chiang Rai. The hosts (Phaety and Tony) were incredible and so kind and helpful. Tony drew us multiple maps on where to bike around the city for amazing views and essentially helped plan our entire day including organizing a tour guide for us at the White Temple. Phaety is a phenomenal cook (have her Pad Thai and Curry!) and so kind. We loved chatting with her and she always responded so quickly to our questions. The property itself was lovely as well, beautiful room and view and the pool was so peaceful and a perfect end to a long bike riding day. We would come back to Chiang Rai just to stay with Phaety and Tony again!! 10/10 highly recommend!

It's a small cosy quite place exactly like it's name. While choosing one must understand it's like a home stay not a 5 ⭐, with abundant facilities.

Patty and her husband are amazing hosts! Chiang Rai is a little more laid back that Chiang Mai. Enjoyed them both. This place is an amazing place to stay and they will help you explore the areas Ish we had been there more than 1 night but I learned more from Patty than 3 weeks on SE Asia.

The garden and pool were absolutely stunning!! Everything was beautifully designed. The room was gorgeous too, I could have moved in forever! I loved watching the birds from my sun lounger and taking in the peaceful luxurious atmosphere. Fantastic and friendly service. I would travel back to Chiang Rai just to stay there again!

Friendly staff, cosy and clean place, nice swimming pool in a green garden, we had family suite with balkony and beatifull view, appreciate A/C and fan, slept with opened window with a net, hired moto for few days, in good technical condition, we highly recommend, restaurant at place with tasty meals

A little out of the way but if you’re travelling long term from place to place that shouldn’t be a problem, it was a perfect stay and we definitely would’ve stayed more!

We loved it here, the setting is a real paradise, gorgeous pool and garden in the countryside and the resident kitties were a real perk for me! Also, the couple who run it were so kind, and the food was 10/10!

The location in a village a 15 minute drive from the middle of Chiang Rai might not be ideal for some tourists.

A very beautiful building in a lovely garden wth a delightful small swimming pool. Located a few kilometres west of the city in a small village, staying here is a truly Thai experience. Breakfast good, wifi excellent, beds very comfortable, very good shower room and toilet,

There is nothing we didn't like... they are located about 15 minutes from downtown and it is super quiet. At first we were concerned it may be too far outside of downtown, but it isnt... especially if you rent a scooter...

Patty, the owner is super nice and super helpful. They rent scooters at the place and make fantastic food! They also have arrangements for river tours, rent mountain bikes and fabulous grounds of their homestay.

We took a Taxi from exit number 3 at the airport. He knew right away where it was and boy oh boy what a fantastic place! The family took great care of us! The garden with the pool is just stunning! I wished I could stay longer! :_)

From the moment we got to the Homestay it felt like a little piece of paradise and the perfect place for us to have a relaxing weekend :) It was run by a beautiful family who we got to know over our time there, and they were such wonderful hosts! Our stay was just amazing. Best place we have stayed so far in Thailand by far. Everything was perfect, including the breakfast and dinner. The Red Thai Curry was the best!!!
