Location was a bit far out, but we didn’t mind as Patong itself isn’t the nicest.

Room was nice and felt clean. Very hot, AC wasn’t great. Staff were nice. Big hill to get to the hotel and lots of stairs!

It is a little bit old hotel. Furniture is old. The bathroom is so small. If they renovated the hotel, it would be very wonderful hotel.

It is located on the hill and so close to green side of Patong. When you arrive, you breath better thanks to fresh air of small jungle behind. Luca, a Italian receptionist is friendly. The hotel is nice, clean enough. Room is big. It has small balcony.

We organised an airport transfer and it just didn't come, because there was a mixup apparently, and we caught just a normal taxi. Price worked out the same but a bit frustrating to be kept waiting at midnight

Hotel is on the slope of hill, away from Patong, 25 minutes walk. Initially got smell of paint in room - gradually went away. It was value for money but not recommended for child, very old and pregnant due to walking up which is tiresome. No tea/coffee or breakfast arrangement. Room is comparatively small for family of 4 people. Bunk bed ok but need more space inside. However, good in value of less price and stay. I wish it will improve further later. Recommended for adult travellers having no arthritis.

Like Luca - the manager, an excellent man, loveable personality, very helpful guide in all round, deserve 10/10. It is quiet area, 7/11 nearby and other restaurants for lunch and dinner. Good for peace lover. Some tea/coffee or simple breakfast arrangement may be made available since such all are away from hotel. However, love the place and hotel, will stay in the next trip definitely. God bless you.

The bed itching my body and location not really good ( cannot walk to the beach ) by motor or taxi. I was taking motor which i book with in-drive and it costs 50 bhat. Before The building the road is a cliff.its difficult for older ppl

Nice room at this cost. The room is big and cover all needed item. The outdoor view is ok, Jungle back side and pathong city on front. Very easy to find store, food stand and resteruant.

The hotel is a bit old, but all is working and the price is very reasonable. I would be happy to come back. All in all a good place to stay and save money at the same time.

Friendly and helpful staff. Bed OK. You can rent scooter there. Quiet area at night. You will need a scooter or be prepared for a 25 min. walk to the beach. There is good parking for scooters at the hotel.

Location is great, whilst being in Patong it is away from the noise, location is great with a green mountain facing the building. Clean, friendly good value for money and more importantly Luca and Fabio are super friendly and always helpful, I very much enjoyed my stay.

The bed was too hard for us. The water in the toilet looked yellowish and sketchy. A bit far from the beach if you don’t have a bike (around 25-30 min walk to the beach)

Large spacious room. Surrounded by nature, very quiet. Good location with convenience stores, laundry service, cafe shops, restaurants, bars, massage within 5 min walking. Wifi was strong. The staff was friendly and helpful and very responsive.

we rented a motorbike with them and it did’t work the petrol marker, and it was empty of petrol, they did’t say anything about it

Fabio, Luca and the rest of the gang were an enormous asset during our stay in Phuket. No help or assistance was too little, a deep throve of information and guidance in making the most of our stay. The location was perfect- away from the main drag and noise but within easy reach of the beach and other points of interest. I enjoyed this hotel so much I extended my stay.I can’t wait to be back in phuket and this hotel.
